What the hell is up with your lids and cups over the past few weeks. Burnt the mess out of my hands just now because your lids and cups have either changed or are out of spec.
Was this a cost saving thing? If it was, you need to fire that person.
Or was it bad QC from your vendor?
Last few weeks every time I try to hold my drink from the top with my palm over the lid it just implodes and today nailed me pretty freakin good. Gonna have blisters all over.

Poor customer service and negative vibe. I ordered a loaf and wanted it to be heated and the barista lied about not being able to due to the icing possibly being flameable. Those are lies since any other Starbucks will heat my loaf if I ask or they'll ask me.
I tried a new drink called the butterfly drink. It was awesome!
