I usually just move on with my life but I need to leave this review. My order is consistently wrong or just different each time. Also, it NEVER rings up the same even though my order never changes. It’s very disappointing because I work at the hospital and the nearest Dunkin is 10 minutes away. Looks like I’ll need to add that time to my morning because I can’t keep giving my money to a place that blatantly over charges when they just feel like it. And if you’re gonna charge extra for drizzle, GIVE ME THE DRIZZLE!!!!!!

Vegetarian options: There are a few food options if you’re okay with egg (kale/mushroom egg bites, spinach feta egg white wrap). Drinks can be made with dairy alternatives, there are also teas and other water based beverages.Dietary restrictions: No beverages or warmed foods can be guaranteed as allergy free, however anything that’s still in the plastic packaging should be free from contamination. There are a variety of dairy alternatives and some sugar free sweeteners.Parking: Only about 20 spots directly surrounding the building, but they’re very large. 2-3 handicap spots available. Two large parking lots in same shopping center, less than two minute walk.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly food and drink options available. Cake pops, sandwiches, pastries, caffeine free drinks,Wheelchair accessibility: Two wheelchair accessible entrances, not automatic doors. Three handicap spots.
The WORST Starbucks I’ve been too. I live very close and (1) they get the order wrong at least half the time (I’m lactose intolerant but clearly they don’t care nor read the order closely enough) and (2) the parking lot is an absolute cluster. You have to park far away and walk across traffic because the drive thru line literally blocks entry into the lot.Stay away from this place and find a local coffee shop. Starbucks (this location in particular) is the worst. Ntm they just raised prices. Venti iced pumpkin latte with soy was over $9. That’s almost funny.Even though I’m half a mile away from Starbucks I’ll just drive to Cup of Joe on hillsborough. At least they have a parking lot and don’t screw up the order.Parking: Parking is a JOKE. It’s non-existent, the drive thru line blocks access to the parking lot, if you park you get blocked in for 15 mins at a time and if you park elsewhere you have to cross traffic to walk there and I see MANY near accidents. It’s plainly dangerous. I’m surprised they haven’t been sued over it yet (assuming accidents have happened due to the negligence of the drive thru line setup)

Had to update my review. I am a drive thru customer no idea how inside looks like or anything. Will simply say service at this location is slow and to simply put it short staffed. As usual they asking for a tip before payment. They were understaffed and working on skeleton staff in the afternoon. The gurl was taking orders, taking payments and than making drinks. With her doing that this was leading to usual long wait times and lines. They also got my order wrong. Simply not going back to this location.

After an unbelievably long day, I met a friend at this Starbucks for a quick snack and chat. I didn't realize I would be walking into THE BEST STARBUCKS LOCATION I've ever experienced.Yall, when I tell you the service is OFF THE CHARTS!?! I was greeted with so much warmth and kindness, almost immediately my stress melted away! To Amina and Elliot, thank you so so much for being utterly UHHHMAZING and incredibly kind. True earth angels ?

Last 6 month my order is constantly made incorrectly, wait time can be 20 plus minutes, and staff looks overwhelmed/short staffed.Yesterday my coffee was half full, oily, and did not have the extra vanilla sweet cream I ordered. When mentioned to staff I was told my cup was half full because of foam. But my coffee is never half full because of the foam. I’ll be going to a different Starbucks location from now on.
