Food is always good. Employees are always friendly. Rarely run out of ingredients so you get what you order. Love Jersey Mikes and this one is no exception. Only ding is it's not a great place to eat - seats are hard and it's freezing but we usually get our subs to go so it's not a big deal.

From the time I walked in the door I was greeted very pleasantly with a welcome to Jersey Mike's and someone will be with you shortly. Within moments the guy came and asked for my order. At check out I thank him for the staff being so pleasant. The lady there said thank you for your patience. My tuna sandwich was made the way I requested and it was delicious. I really thank this team for treating their customers like they matter!!

Staffer is very rude. Charged me double for something that already came on a sandwich. I requested a club sub and with no ham. I did not ask for extra turkey what so ever just did not want the ham and he charged me for the bacon that already came on the sub.

I came in to grab a sandwich quickly before work, the gentleman who was cutting the bread informed me it would be a long wait for a hot sandwich, I said it would be okay. He recognized that I patiently waited for awhile, offered me a drink, and checked on myself and other patrons waiting. I work in hospitality, so I understood his stress of making sure everyone was okay and knowing that he was aware of the length of time it was taking. There was only one gentleman working the hot sandwich station. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and my delicious sandwich :)

This is Normally a friendly place but if u go there at lunch time some workers seem to be aggravated with the rush. And wasn't there usually friendly selfs! This was my favorite store in Raleigh until this lunch experience SMH! If it wasn't for this experience I would've gave them a 5 star

Go to place for a consistent quick meal. Sweet tea is always perfect. Plus, you get points through their awards program, which equals free sandwiches if you frequent the establishment. Staff and environment are hit or miss.Kid-friendliness: Always a hit with my kids. They like the variety the meat options.Parking: The parking lot is small with limited spaces when the place is really busy which is mostly around lunch time during the weekdays.Wheelchair accessibility: Has wheelchair accessibility.

Just ordered online for delivery at the Raleigh convention center for an event I am a vendor at. I put in the instructions my booth number and to call me if they needed me to come out front to grab it. Never got notified it was delivered. Checked my email 10 min. after it was supposed to be delivered and they LEFT IT OUTSIDE THE CONVENTION CENTER. By the time I had gotten outside to it, someone had stolen it. Tried calling the store and they would not answer. Very disappointed.

Sad they don’t offer cucumbers anymore because I am vegan so I get a fully vegan sandwich and it would be nice to have those to add. Staff was pretty nice.
