Smithfield's is a regional chain that is consistently good. Serving fried chicken, Carolina style pulled pork BBQ and all the classic traditional Carolina BBQ fixins. The pulled pork is North Carolina style with a vinegar based sauce it's consistently moist with a little bit of a bite to it. The chicken is always crispy, not to greasy and not try. If you can’t get to Parker’s,Wilber’s or B’s , this will pass as bbq. All ways good and for the price can’t beat it. I don’t fry chicken at home (creates an environmentally bad clean up) I go to SCB to eat fried chicken.
