“I don’t normally write reviews for restaurants but after visiting Prime, I just had to let others know. First, the restaurant was clean and beautiful inside and out. The staff was friendly and attentive. The line to order was out the door. I guess that should have been my first clue that the service and food was going to be out of this world. They offered cold water to us while we waited in line. This was me and my family’s first time trying this restaurant and they were so patient and answered all our questions on meat and the best options. (Yes, we were those people holding up the line. Sorry!) The young men cutting and preparing the meat were knowledgeable and super nice. I ended up purchasing several items (Brisket, Ribs, House Made Sausage, and Turkey Breast). All I can say is if you are within 100 miles of this place you must make the trip! Your stomach will love you for it!”

“The Depot on First has been open since October 2023 and since then has simply excelled as the only fine dining restaurant in the area. I think much of their success is based on the fact they not only maintain consistency in areas such as attention to detail, exceptional customer service and quality culinary experience, they also continue to evolve and adapt to changing tastes, trends, and customer preferences. I enjoy seeing their ongoing tasting and intimate dining events, of which I will have to attend at some point. Another cornerstone of success for many restaurant's is Authenticity, and this Farm-to-table restaurant continues to prioritize authenticity by sourcing quality ingredients directly from local farms and producers. They don't take any shortcuts when it comes to freshly prepared food to save time which is why I will wait patiently in the elegantly decorated intimate, warm and inviting dining room for my entree upon every visit. No Rush! Just me bring me another perfectly prepared old fashioned. Don't hesitate to step outside of the box and try something new on the menu, I am not a fan of porkchops, but I have become a fan of theirs. This is an environment that will put a smile on your face, Ben and staff are simply exceptional, every visit feels like coming home to dinner. I look forward to spending some time out on the beautiful back patio this spring. Cheers!”

“My local brewery and I love it! Beer on tap is always good. Variety of food trucks. The events that they host are great. Indoor and outdoor spaces are perfect. I just keep going back.”

“I love Salt Grass but today we had a bad experience there with our reservation I called and they didn’t put my name on the waitlist talk to a manager she added my name but we still ended up waiting about 2hrs 45 minutes for our table the mangers was really nasty Heather act like she didn’t want to sit us and seem like she was over looking the black and when finally got a table we had a really nice waiter name Becky but our food at one of the tables had to be sent back because it was cold then your other manager had us waiting for about another 35 to 40 minutes to check out because it was a very bad day there”

“Best fried chicken/tenders and service we’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. Thanks to the cashier who was a lovely lady; she even gave us a sample of hushpuppies since we never had them before. I didn’t get her name but I think Smithfields needs to take pride of having that awesome staff. (October 11, 2026 around 5:00 pm). Since we entered we felt welcome and at home.

The portions are big and for a great price.

PD: the hushpuppies are very similar to Puerto Rican sorullos. You should try making a dipping sauce for them “mayoketchup” mayonnaise + ketchup and a hint of garlic (minced or paste)”

“We had such a great experience with Cake Town Bakery! They were able to take our order last minute, which we truly appreciated. The pricing was very reasonable, the design was absolutely adorable, and most importantly—the cake tasted AMAZING! 🎂❤ You can tell they really put care into what they do. “I usually don't write reviews. However, this place is a shocker to me. The food is always Great! But....What ever you do...do not order your food online!! If you order your food online and have a family emergency, you are not allowed to cancel the order or get a refund! I was told, "come pick up your food before you go to the hospital with your child. We don't like to waste food." Instead of them being empathetic, issuing a refund and giving the food that was prepared to staff member or server. DO NOT ORDER YOUR FOOD IN ADVANCE. Just be prepared!”

“My hamburger is always awesome, but yesterday it was a little over done, our large group said theirs were perfect. The fries were great & I was told the Cajun fries were great too. I like having the drink machine with several options. The Staff was kind & helpful.”

“My husband and I & My son ate there last night. It was my son's first time eating there & he just absolutely Loved it and wanted to give them a 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating! 😊 The service was great and our food was delicious and ready within 5-6 minutes after ordering. And that was dining in not going through drive thru. This was mine and my husband's 2nd time eating there & it was really good the first time as well. My son really liked the food that he told the lady who took our order all about it and everything. And told her that he became their #1 fan & how everyone should come eat there. He was so thankful for us taking him and wanted to keep telling the lady how pleased he was, that she ended up making him a chocolate milkshake at no charge. He was so excited ☺️☺️ and then me and my husband ended up ordering us milkshakes as well !!”

They also have other delicious items like pimped bags of chips popsicles of all kinds of flavor all kinds of ice cream, smoothies, shaved ice cream, rolled ice cream. That Italian ice ain’t nothing compared to this place.”

“Walked up to this food truck and was immediately greeted by amazing smells! The gentleman working the counter wasn't overly talkative but that's fine, the man was focused.I ordered a Caribbean shrimp quesadilla, a jerk chicken eggroll, and a strawberry lemonade.The quesadilla was good. The shrimp was cooked nice but there wasn't a lot of volume to this quesadilla. Just cheese and shrimp, not a whole lot of flavor for me. All quesadillas are served with chips and queso, big bonus for me! Then the eggroll, these things are MASSIVE! An eggroll stuffed with Cabbage and jerk chicken, wooo these things packed some heat but they were delicious. I split the eggroll with a friend of mine who couldn't stop raving about the jerk chicken quesadilla and the eggroll.I gotta say, if you're looking for some delicious jerk chicken or Caribbean food, give this food truck a try!”

“The "older Asian woman" referred to deals with customers up front, works the kitchen, answers the phone, and also helps with take-out orders, and serves the tables, often at the same time. Don't come in the door expecting the staff to pander you. They have many other customers being served at once, not just you. People who deal directly with the public typically can judge your attitude within seconds - how they respond often depends upon how you treat them when you first open your mouth. This is one of our favorite restaurants, and after 10 years we keep coming back. That "older woman" is a person too. She is also a grandmother; if you ask she might even share a photo or two. It will at least be a bright spot in her day while having to deal with rude and disrespectful entitled customers looking to get something for nothing. Every time we eat in, we leave with take-out containers due to the quantity of food on our plates. After a decade, we have never yet returned anything to the kitchen or found fault with a take-out order. They probably do mess up an order here and there; as do most all restaurants. Deal with it in a polite and respectful manner rather than shouting and screaming; that is a reflection of you, not the restaurant staff. Fuji China preps hundreds of take-out orders a week, yet only a small percentage leave reviews. That's because those of us who are completely satisfied seldom do reviews. Emotional customers and self-styled influencers post the most negative reviews - just read a few of them, they are plainly not rational customers.”
