So delicious! Ordered the jerk chicken egg roll, surf and turf egg roll, and the combination bowl (jerk chicken and shrimp). Soooo good! I ate the whole bowl in one sitting, didn't intend to do that, but I couldn't stop. I like spicy food and have a fairly high heat tolerance and the jerk chicken had a nice little kick. Walked up to this food truck and was immediately greeted by amazing smells! The gentleman working the counter wasn't overly talkative but that's fine, the man was focused.I ordered a Caribbean shrimp quesadilla, a jerk chicken eggroll, and a strawberry lemonade.The quesadilla was good. The shrimp was cooked nice but there wasn't a lot of volume to this quesadilla. Just cheese and shrimp, not a whole lot of flavor for me.
