Was at the food truck rodeo in downtown Raleigh and wanted to try the jerk food at Levy's. The line was very long and the place was recommended by people who were in lone waiting. We only ordered one item, the jerk/bbq wings that came with one side. And yes, the wing sauce was both jerk and bbq mixed. Based how my service was today and the presentation of my plate I am not satisfied at all......I have a strong affinity for quality customer service and professionalism, but today wasn't what I was accustomed to......if new people are hired to serve food then they must know the importance of customer service and professional ethics.....I don't want anyone to serve my food sitting down or waking up from a nap..... my time and currency is worthy of good soil. Years ago a friend from the Barbados made me curry chicken as a meal after I had surgery. I haven't been able to replicate that meal or find a place that matched it. Until now...Levy's Jerkstand at North State Food Hall in Selma! I got the cabbage and rice & beans as my two sides. Best cabbage ever! This meal made my heart happy. I will definitely be back!
