They ran out of peppermint mocha syrup, but a lovey barista name Charm at the drive thru recommended sugar cookie latte, with oat milk and it was so good! Was super stressed out this evening but with her recommendation and cheery personality, it really made my evening a lot better, plus now I have a favorite latte for the season. Thanks Charm!
In-store service has been poor lately. Waited for about two minutes in front of the register before someone asked if i had been helped. My sense is that drive through and call-in orders get the most attention. They are not consistently staffing the front register with a dedicated staff member. There is one staff making drinks, prepping food, and managing the register. They can do better.

If I could give 10 stars I would. So I had a really rough day and decided to pull into Starbucks for my drink. I encountered Mathew and he was absolutely amazing just as a person. It brings tears to my eyes as I write this review because his energy made my rough day not even matter. It was the service that captivated me. I thank you openly and whole heartedly.Kathy Semper
