Easily the best Starbucks location in town. The employees here always get my order right and have been patient with me when I’ve needed to change something on an order or am otherwise being a difficult customer. I really appreciate this team and their dedication to customer service!
Got drinks in the drive thru. Cashier seemed upset and didn't give me enough straws. When I asked for more, it made him annoyed. Definitely the last time I go to Starbucks in Knightdale.

This Starbucks in Knightdale is a go-to coffee stop. The drinks are always made right and perfectly to order. The staff are kind, friendly, helpful, and prompt. They are always greeting and helping out, and are helpful with menu options and fixing anything wrong with orders. One worker named Abigail handled a rude customer with grace and makes a damn good cup of coffee. Another employee named Abi recommended the BEST Pink Drink, which is now a main drink. The store is always very clean, well stocked, and the Staff & Management take pride in their store. Customers have had great and friendly energy, and workers are just so sweet every time. Customers have been served drinks right away with no errors. It is a great experience that makes people want to continue coming back.
