“Tazza was chosen as a choice after numerous restaurants didn't have reservations for Valentine's day. The forgotten middle child you could say, the last pick in the draft, Mr. Irrelevant. It is fair to say it's in the first round of the draft now. We walked into the large wooden doors and were greeted with a lively but calm atmosphere. A large stone oven sat behind a bar, and a quiet section with tables off to the side. We were immediately taken to our table and had drinks within a minute. The tables were set beautifully, with silverware displayed around small, real candles. Attention to detail on point. The service was also excellent, we had our food within 10 minutes of ordering, signs of great things behind the scenes. Our waitress was excellent, very kind and made us feel like it was only us in the restaurant. As for the food, we had the meatballs as an appetizer and pizza as the main. Meatballs were great, could've had a little more flavor but the sauce they were in was excellent along with the bread. The pizza was delicious, we did a make your own with mushrooms and olives. The crust was amazing along with the sauce and toppings. The bill came to $34 including tip, and was money very well spent. Would entirely recommend for a semi-formal date night (think, sweaters, khakis).“
“It wasn't obvious before we went there, but this place specializes in Naples Italian-style pizza. Thin crust, light on the toppings, real fresh cheese (not shredded), simple ingredients and no additives, wood fired oven, etc. And they take pride in that, according to the flyer inside the front door. Sounds like they import most of their ingredients from Naples. Having spent a week in Rome recently, I can vouch for V's authentic Italian style. The food was at our table in less than 10 minutes even though the place was mostly full. It was quite good, everyone in my family really liked it. No crusts were left behind, because they were too tasty to waste. The tomato sauce was wonderful, and the cheese was real. Eat it all gone before it cools off. On the Thursday night we were there, a musician was discreetly singing 70's songs with a guitar. The staff was very courteous. The pizzas run about $15-20 each. My wife and I shared a pizza, but my teenage son ate a whole one by himself, which is normal for this teenage son. Our tab before tip was $42 for 2 pizzas and a soda. It really was quality food, unlike discount pizza places. I save 5-star ratings for rare standout places that really blow my socks off, no complaints about this place, we'll be returning when we have a desire for real Italian-style pizza, definitely recommend. If you are looking for quality authentic Italian pizza, this is the place.“
“Great food! The customer service from the staff to Justin was absolutely amazing. We went an hour before they cloesd and they were patience. The NY style slices are huge! The pizza is not greasy either. I will be back!Vegetarian options: Veggie pizza options“
“Okay, I'm going to set this straight. Yes, this place has new management and a new name. It's a NEW place. There is no comparisons to be made. I've been eating at this place for a long long time and have enjoyed it. Now, under new management, I continue to keep coming back time and time again! Why?The pizza is not only amazing, but also outright delicious! Hands down Rigo's is the place to beat! Nobody does it better outside of Brooklyn, NY! Rigo's even makes Sicilian pies! Mmm!The FOOD! The old place, I couldn't eat any of their food because it was horrible. Rigo's? Meatballs or Chicken Parm (dinner or hero), out of this world. (That's all I had so far because I just keep craving it) but makes we want to sample the entire menu. The new hours. Open Sundays! YES!!!!!!!! They don't just randomly close for seemingly weeks at a time for whatever reasons. This place is the bomb. Let haters be haters but if you want the best pizza/Italian food in the area, you need to come here to Rigo's! I love it!“
“Got two orders of their spaghetti and meatballs (pair of garlic knots included with each) a slice of their Sicilian pizza, and a tiramisu. Spaghetti and sauce tasted delicious, although we were given meat sauce instead of meatballs on top. Garlic knots certainly satisfied that craving and best we’ve had in the area. Their Sicilian was good too. A nice doughy yet crunchy crust with a little cheese cooked into the base, and the sauce and cheese on top went together great too.Look forward to trying their classic pizza to get something with a better ratio of sauce/cheese/crust for my taste. Tiramisu also came out very nice, offering a great ending to our best Italian takeout experience in Cary to date. Will be back for sure.“
“Nice, casual restaurant with outdoor patio. Basic bar food and so much more. Anything from burgers, tacos, salads to pizza and more. Probably shirt staff, server was good but we wanted a while to be servicedParking: Located in a busy plazaKid-friendliness: During warm weather has games on patio“
“I honestly can't say enough about Brixx! From the moment I walked in a few years ago, I felt so welcomed. The staff is so positive and helpful.Management is the best! I needed a place to hold our company Christmas party and they worked everything out to accommodate everything we needed!! They made things so easy! | love the environment. It's our go to place after softball games! There are a ton of drink options, the food is great, service is outstanding! They even have a board up to honor military members and veterans!Thank you Brixx, for everything you always do!“
“One of the best local restaurants in Cary. Super knowledgeable and welcoming staff, with great recommendations and personal interactions. Colleen was our server and took great care of us. While their menu is smaller, they execute it all so well. The menu is made with fresh and high quality ingredients! We got the arugula salad, soppressata pizza and caramel cheesecake which were all amazing. Our server Colleen recommend we try their house flight of vermouths which were great to learn about and taste. Highly recommend this little hidden gem in downtown cary. The perfect weekend lunch spot!“
“Brothers is one our favorite Pizza places around. We have to travel a little distance to get there or would go more often. Pizza and garlic knots are consistently good. Whether it's plain cheese or add your favorite toppings, always delicious. Some if the closest to NY we've had since moving here“
“I enjoyed Romeo’s pizza, I got the eight boneless wings and a medium meatball pizza last Friday. While many reviews seem to say the sauce is sweet, I actually enjoyed it and think it’s better than many other places however that’s my preference. Of course it’s up to your own opinion. Customer service is pretty good, I definitely could tell at the moment they’re short staffed but they make it up for it ensuring when you’re able to get your food it’s what exactly you paid for. Ultimately if you’re interested in ordering from here I would try it out and then see how you like it.“
“Our first time ordering from Jets. We ordered a Hawaiian with garlic crust and Greek salad. Both were delicious! I ordered the garlic flavor “light” since I wasn’t sure how strong the flavor would be. “Light” is barely there so I’ll be going with “normal” next time!!“
“Food was good, tried split pizzas which is great that you can pick 2 different pizzas for 1 order. The price is reasonable too. It took a while for our waiter to take our order, I think they were short staffed, someone did come out and apologize.“
“My son is an extremely picky eater and we usually pick "safe" places to eat but NY style pizza can be hit or miss because of the size of the slice; a wonderful gentleman cut my son's pizza into smaller bite-sized pieces ?They also have some of the BEST stuffed pizza I've ever had ?“
“Me and my family visited this location for the first time this past weekend and the customer service here was great! Our servers made sure to constantly refill our drinks and also ask if we needed anything. All of our food came out fresh and hot.“
“I just want to say thank you to this location!! I just moved here from South Florida and I ordered from the wrong location and they got me a new order with no issue. It was an overwhelming day but the manager (colored hair) and team was so kind. I will be back. Thanks!“
“I had a wonderful experience this evening and had to share! I called less than 10 minutes before close expecting to be told it was too late to put in a pick up order, but they were happy to accommodate me. When I arrived 2 minutes before close, everyone was so kind and didn’t make me feel any kind of way. I know it’s been a hard hiring climate for businesses lately, and I just need to give a big round of applause for the quality of employees who served me this evening!! Thanks for my delicious pizza!!“
“We hand the grauper picatta, which was very good. We also ordered the Nonna pizza. It was burnt on the bottom. I don't recommend it. We complained and they made us a NY pizza that was much better. They said the Nonna spends more time in the over. Attentive service; very nice ambiance too.“
“I recently visited Cappolla's Pizza & Grill in Cary, and I must say, I was blown away by the quality of the food and service. From curbside pick-up to the wheelchair accessible parking, seating, and restrooms, this restaurant truly caters to the needs of all customers.Let me start by saying that I have yet to eat one item on the menu that was not utterly delicious. The Baked meatball spaghetti and pizza are just superb. Every bite was mouth-watering, appetizing, and savory. I even had room for dessert and tried their famous cheesecake, which was heavenly. The flavors were just like it had been made by an Italian grandmother straight from Italy. As I walked through the restaurant, I noticed how beautifully decorated it was. The atmosphere was casual and perfect for families. They even had a kids' menu, perfect for those picky eaters. What sets this restaurant apart from others was the owner, Ayman. He is a great guy, and his son Begad is just as friendly and helpful as his dad. Their willingness to do whatever it takes to make their customers happy is truly remarkable. They are passionate about providing high-quality food with their unique spin of Italian dishes.I must say, I am glad I stumbled upon Cappolla's Pizza & Grill in Cary. This restaurant is perfect for families or solo dining. Their attention to detail, quality of food, and fantastic atmosphere makes it a must-run destination. I highly recommend trying their Baked meatball spaghetti, pizza, and cheesecake. You won't regret it.“
“I called to place order for take out at 8:57. I apologized many times for placing order 3 minutes before they close and they were very understanding. I got there to pick pizza up and they gave me a drink while I waiting for pizza to finish in oven. Love the pizza, the ingredients they use make the pizza great. The guys there always know me and are very friendly and great guys. Highly recommended!!!!“
“Amazing place and atmosphere. The pizza tastes incredible, ingredients are fresh and organic. One of the best spots to stop in Cary. Barbara was very helpful and charismatic. We will be back soon with our Italian friends . They have a great area for dogs.“
“It’s the only pizza buffet around. It is always packed, always busy, (which must mean something)! The staff is nice. The downsides are with the restaurant always being packed and busy; it’s always loud, and a mess (drinks and pizza and trash everywhere). They work hard to clean up, but the customers don’t clean up after themselves which makes their jobs that much harder.Average pizza.Any buffet for $12 is a good price.Parking: There’s always plenty of parking even when it’s packed.Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly. They always have at least one tv (not that you can hear it) dedicated to a kids channel. They also have a small arcade with racing games, candy, and quarter machines with small prizes.“
“Edit: Things have improved a lot now. Blaze continues (Holly Springs) to suck as usualI and family are a regular here and prefer over Blaze but lately they seem to be running out of toppings frequently. Can't enjoy a pizza when your favorite toppings are missing. Will probably move back to blaze. At least we get what we want.“
“Excellent service and beautiful place. We had a lovely dinner. The casarecce was delicious. The scallops in the Scallop risotto were awesome. The risotto was so-so. Focaccia bread was very good. But the best was the spumoni semifreddo Alaska for dessert. It was amazing. Look forward to visiting again!“
