“Had dinner this evening with my daughter that is attending Duke. The meal was delicious and the service was amazing. We sat at the bar, the other side of the restaurant was loud. There was no wait at the bar and we were able to enjoy each other with conversation.“

“We had the BEST server, Tim! He said it was his frisr day but he sure showed us wonderful service. We got the Big Hawaiian and the Wedge salad, my son (8) got the spicy chicken sandwich and my daughter (4) got the pizza sticks. All of it was super wonderful! I did think the $2 per ranch was a bit much but it won't stop me from coming back! Truly a gem to visit while near Duke!“

“Not bad. I only got two slices. The spinach ricotta pie looks delicious. I'll try it next time. I got a sausage slice and a cheese slice. The cheese slice was tasteless. The sausage slice was pretty tasty. Weird to say, but this was the thinnest pizza I've ever had. I don't know that I'd call it NY pizza. They have their own thing going. I'd give the cheese a 6.9 and the sausage a 7.8. neither slice had sauce that I could taste. Very cheerful service, but it took 15-20 minutes to get two slices.“

“We have the best time here.. My 3 year old daughter loves the ski ball machine.. The staff has always been friendly and polite. Very helpful if I needed some assistance. And I love that during the day, it's kid friendly and then at eight o'clock, it's adult friendly.“

“My husband and I chose to eat at your restaurant tonight, as we had two completely punched out cards for two free meals. The same cashier always wants to give us a hard time and argues that for one reason or another that we cannot use our cards that are fully punched out. Tonight she took our punched out card, threw it over in the trash and then said it needed one more punch. The same cashier told us last time that we had already used the card for a free buffet and again argued that we could not use it. She needs to be retrained on the use of punched out cards and not argue and be rude to customers. Waylon and I are dedicated customers and only have an issue with the black girl that works the register on Sunday nights. She always has a bad attitude!! Terrible attitude!!“

“My dad and I came for the first time and had a great experience. First of all, the pizza was absolutely incredible! So fresh, delicious crust, and very unique toppings. Even better, you can pick two pizzas and have half on one side and half on the other which was perfect to try everything! We talked to the manager Kathleen who was super welcoming and full of knowledge. Great price for such gourmet toppings. Every pizza has something a little out of the ordinary which is great for the foodie in me. I’ve already tried four of them and have zero complaints so far, everything is delicious!! 10/10 recommend.“

“It was AMAZING! We were starving and just about licked our plates clean. AND it was so cheap. The Philly Cheesesteak was deliciousss, we definitely recommend. The owner came out and gave us a whole desert pizza on the house and asked for feedback on it to see if they should add it to the menu. Safe to say we hope it gets added!! The inside is very clean and put together, we had a blast! Please go support this small business!! You won’t regret it :)“

“The manager here always blows me away. He’s hustling no matter the day or time - joking that’s how he gets his exercise. And I saw him helping a cashier in training once and he was so kind and patient, helpful but empowering the trainee that they knew what to do. I never expect mindblowing service at a takeaway pizza joint but this Marco’s gets me every time. And it keeps us coming back. Not to mention the pizza is always perfectly cooked.“

The Pinot I tried was excellent and did I mention the tiramisu, It’s rich and large enough for 3 people to share. No you can’t finish the food, which means that your bringing home enough for dinner another day. No pretense, absolutely the best taste, and enough for another meal.“

We have been ordering during all of our hospital stays with our daughter over the past 2 years. Last night, I was extra impressed that you not only sent plates and napkins as always, but you sent cups with the 2 Liter drink we ordered. Duke Health has discontinued all regular soft drinks in soda fountains or drink machines on campus, and that cold Mountain Dew was great last night after a long surgery day!! You da best! ❤️“

“The have good wings, a large selection of drinks, and okay pizza. It was a fun spot for a work event. The service was great everyone was super nice. They also seem to have event here frequently which is fun they were doing music bingo as we were leaving. Seems like a cool place to hang out.“

“This is the only authentic pizza joint in Durham, serving the only authentic pie in Durnam. They kind of screwed it up by putting in a schmaltzy "cafe" bar but the pizza remains undamaged.“

“Nice place in new (-ish, now) building near The Area Formerly Known As South Square. Lots of windows & a bar. Seemed quiet for that time of day. Good pizza & good people. Had a beer & a quite large pizza, white. Quite distinctive crust. I believe I had to take some home, which is rare for me. I hope to get back sometime soon — with my wife this time. Pretty sure Matt Kelly had something to do with opening this place, which is usually a very good sign. :-D“

“We had a large order for an event that consisted of several variations of vegan cheese, gluten free, and both vegan cheese and gluten free. The order was placed on line and a worker called to verify the special pizza option and double checked at pick up again that they were correct. The pizzas were also clearly labeled which was a huge help at the event. Parents were very appreciative of the effort!“

“Great stuff. Go with a build-your-own and load it up with as many toppings as you can. I piled mine high with almost everything, which definitely had it feeling less like a pizza and more like a casserole. I’d wager they’ll limit toppings at some point or raise the price significantly. It’s a solid value right now with how expensive everything is. Could’ve used a bit more cheese tho.“

“This location gets pretty busy in the evening. It is part of the Circle K gas station, so its easy to get other things while waiting for your pizza. Being busy i can understand it taking time, but 20 mins for some Italian cheese bread and crazy puffs is a but long.
On terms of the food, their Italian Cheese Bread is killer especially with crazy sauce. I tried the New cheese steak puffs, they are pretty good, especially if you eat them while hot.“

Pizza is very good: properly cooked crusts, fresh ingredients, made to order--so nice and hot. Subs are fairly good: ratio of ingredients to bread is a little over tilted toward the bread, but otherwise fresh and tasty. Indoor seating is ample but quite noisy: there are many loud speakers on the ceiling throughout the venue to allow the pizza readiness be announced.
Overall, a pleasant experience for a quick lunch and a break from the office.“

“I had lunch on February 16 at Southpoint. That’s my location for 10 years. I have always gotten good service and food. On yesterday the food was not great. The pizza was over cooked and the bread pudding was burnt on top. I didn’t want to ask to do it over because I didn’t want and ( i will fix her attitude as I have heard formal cooks talk about.“
