Amazing place, had a great time. I did have a problem with them taking my water bottle, and how some of the games cost a lot of money, and that they don't have food, which I should've expected since it is just a bar and arcade. But they allow you to get food from next door stores.
I didn't expect real arcade cabinets!
Went out for team building pizza is the best in the world 🌎 😋

They offer a nice beer selection and specialty cocktails, with nightly drink specials. It's clean, cozy, and there’s always something to do, with great prices and great deals. With over 20 pinball machines and a variety of arcade games, it's a great place to hang out, especially after a Durham Bulls game. Perfect for both adults and kids looking for a good time. One highlight is the Wednesday night Skeeball tournaments, which have become a favorite for many guests. The food is surprisingly excellent, with items like the delicious flatbread hot honey pepperoni pizza, cheese pizza, and chicken pesto pasta. Boxcar Bar + Arcade is known for its laid-back vibes, making it a go-to place in Durham for good drinks, great people, and guaranteed fun.
