Delicious espresso, 4th dimension coffee is a real gem**Edit - went to location on Geer St today and the lattes were fantastic, cups had my name written super cutely, it was great. Thanks to the great baristas working 2/26 around 4pm!
An interesting spot for very good coffee which is roasted in house. Very little inside seating in the downtown Durham location but plenty of outdoor space. Their kakawa drink is an interesting experience I would recommend for a change of pace. As with many small coffee shops, the staff could probably up their customer service skills a bit. Aloofness is not a great tip motivator.

Had a great experience this morning grabbing coffee and pastry and then working from this location! I got there around 8:50am on a Friday and there were plenty of seats but by about 9:30am the place filled up with other working professionals/students. I had Dr. Durham latte and a morning bun (puff pastry covered with cinnamon sugar). Loved both. I'll ask for my Dr. Durham extra hot next time :) The place has an awesome vibe.
