Rude and deeply unhelpful. They hung up on us when we called about an order they messed up on. I’m pretty bummed I didn’t just make my generic mac and cheese, because not only would I have saved $60+, it would have tasted better.
Horrible customer service and a very frustrating experience.
My mom and I stopped by this location while we were in the area, as we usually visit the Hope Valley location. Knowing that menu items can vary, we specifically asked the cashier what came on the chef salad. She told us it included ham, turkey, cucumbers, onion, banana peppers, and green pepper.
