Wish I could give this place a better review but the food was really average. I didn’t want the pizza so I tried the wood fire Brussels sprouts. They were under cooked and had no flavor aside from a little vinegar and some Lardon. The opportunity to leave them in the pizza oven longer would have caramelized the sugars for a better taste as well as crisped up all the leaves. One of my go to pizza places in Durham. Wish they still had the sausage, onion and pepper pizza but still enjoy all their other pizzas. Ingredients are fresh and good quality along with dough. The service is always great and I forget his name but the chef (kinda tall guy who often works the oven) puts out consistent pizzas that are best in town when he's pushing them.
