Highly recommend the American and Supermo Italiano pizza. The meat was delicious and the pizza was very light (not too doughy). It was cooked to perfection and had a sturdy undercarriage.Some of the best pizza I’ve had in the triangle area and it’s pretty reasonably priced.
Bangin’ pizza. I have to remember to take pics. It’s Neapolitan-ish. I don’t think it’s a sourdough and it’s a bit sweet for my tastes but it was crunchy chewy soft and had a touch of char. You cannot beat a wood fired oven and the craft of cooking with wood. The flavor is unmatched. We had a pepper onion sausage pie and it was damn good.They were absolutely mobbed, as was Hi-Wire next door. We moved here from Dallas and have STRUGGLED to find good food in the triangle let alone pizza. This place is IT! Amazing taste, good value for the price and the kids love it too. Would give this place 10 stars.
