I decided to try the new Detroit style pizza, and ordered two online for pickup. They were ready on time, but when I got home I found one of the two had been made incorrectly (olives instead of ground beef). I called, and the person on the line said they could remake the pizza, or refund the money. I told them that one of the pizzas had been made correctly and they did not need to refund the entire order, but they did anyway.

I wish I'd gotten the names of the employees working tonight because they were so wonderful! My son loves to watch the pizzas be made and everyone was taking time to interact with him, give him a sticker and even a piece of dough to touch. They were so busy and didn't have to do all that. Thank you for going above and beyond!!
It was a fine food run. My order was correct, and i was satisfied
