“I love Dickeys. Brisket is always fresh, moist and tasty! Sauces are on a warmer, you get the same soda machine at the movie theaters. Seating is comfortable, location is primo and super convenient. I’d snack here daily if I can! The owner is very friendly. The overall eat in experience is way better than stuffy restaurants. I love this neighborhood BBQ SPOT!! Too bad my foods gone before I could take pics and post here.“

“I have found my new spot to go and relax after a long day of work. Anytime I come in Sam makes sure I am taken care of. If I let her choose my drink or choice or appetizer she never fails. I would highly recommend coming here any day. Ask for Sam when you come in I guarantee she takes care of you“

“Celebrated Brandon Lowery's 23 Birthday tonight. Had a great dinner. The owner of this Ruckus came by our table and checked in on us and when we told him we were celebrating a Birthday. He started singing Happy Birthday.
The food and service was great. Had a great night. I had the "custom" made Fettuccine Alfredo with blacked chicken (heavy Alfredo. My Wife and Siter-in-Law shared nachos & 1/2 rack of ribs, fries and slaw.“

“Brewster's is my favorite place to go!!!! People are friendly, with a great variety of food and the service is wonderful. It has become our Cheers!!! So upset that the owner of the building is NOT renewing the lease. It's hard to find such a great place. Oct 31, 24, will be the last day. The people will be missed!!!!“

“The decorations and atmosphere are nice. Liked the colors and layout. Very clean inside.
The food presentation was great. Taste was good, but a little oily on the noodle dishes compared to other restaurants.
Where the restaurant really fell down was in the service. It was not good. We almost walked out. It was not crowded when we arrived. Maybe 40% full. No one acknowledged our table for almost 20 minutes. I know because I checked my watch when we sat. If someone would have said anything just to acknowledge we had a server and they were busy fine but no one and staff continually walked by us on the way to the kitchen.
When server lady did arrive it was no “Hi”, “sorry”, etc just what do you want to order. Didn’t ask about drinks or appetizers. Food came out in about 10 minutes which indicates it’s mainly premade. Server never checked on us. Never asked about desserts. Just dropped check off.
Side note: they have a very annoying chime doorbell plugged in random outlets that was continually going off to alert them to something. I was staring at one from our table and knew it was that as it flashed each time as well.“

“This is some of the most amazing pizza I have ever had and it is well worth the 20 minute trip from my house, but what made my experience even better was the kind and charasmatic staff headlined by cashier Jack Mcgeehan. He was nice, helpful, and even recommended some delicious slices to me and my acquaintance. He truly made my experience unforgettable and next time I have a hankering for some pizza, I will definitely come back here.“

“Update! A few years ago this place would never got past a two-star with me especially with the long long wait times ! The staff hardly spoke to you. Fast forward manager kita( hope I'm saying name right) she is awesome and is always pleasurable speaking to her keep up the good work with the store. She makes the best personal pans also :)“

“In and out in a hurry, with a smile to go with it! This location always has super fresh, beyond quick food. I always get the kicken chicken sandwich, and they nail it everything. Right at the questionable mark of too much sauce, but it's perfect every time!“

“Really good customer service. The place is really clean and organized. The guys are super polite, pizzas are not bad at all and service is fast. It has a couple of tables, chairs, and also chairs by the counter so people can eat or just seat while waiting for their orders.

“Unbelievable customer service! Great experience!We ordered 3 pizzas and they were delivered. Then we get a second order delivered 15 minutes later!
I was confused and apparently one of the drivers took our order on accident and was on the other side of town. Worried that the food would arrive late, the driver called the store to let them know and papa John’s made our order all over!
So now we have 6 pizzas and only paid for 3! I’d like to thank the store and the driver for going above and beyond. We didn’t know there was any error but we appreciate the integrity and customer service!
I called the store and spoke with the manager, Daniel, to let him know how much we appreciated it but honestly we were not aware of any mistakes!
Also if anyone at the Winston Hill Drive store in Cary NC can get me in touch with the gentleman driving the white Mercedes SUV we’d love to give him a tip as well! He drove away before we could do so!!!“

“I've been seeing their ads on IG and kept telling my husband I wanted to go because the food looked so delicious. We decided to go today. I must say the atmosphere and food did not disappoint me. IT WAS DELICIOUS. Great food, friendly atmosphere. We will be returning.“
