“We came at the start of the day! We often go through the drive thru. But opted to dine-in since they opened at 10:30 AM. This ended up being my 8 year olds first time going in. And Immediately upon entry, the franchise owner Court greeted us with positive energy! Food was of course super fresh! And the bathroom was nice and clean, which is a super plus! “Tried Chex Grill in Indian Trail today and let me just say… the food was SLAPPIN 😮🔥 But the real star? Rashad. Absolute top-tier human. There was a tiny “delay” with my jerk chicken sub because they were literally making the sauce fresh (which honestly just tells me everything I need to know). I wasn’t even bothered, but Rashad went out of his way to make sure I had food at the same time as my family and surprised me with a chicken, mushroom, and cheese sub (no clue the official name but BABYYYYY… it was BUSSIN). The kindness, the thoughtfulness, the vibes were unmatched. Food was amazing, service was superb, and it’s rare to see someone care that much these days. We’ll 100% be back. Rashad, you’re doing it right 👏🏽❤️“

“My family and I had a great time here! The host, Jon, was very friendly and recommended us some wings that honestly could've been spicier but were still awesome (especially for my wife's more sensitive palate compared to mine, they were definitely some of her favorite ever). Service was great, food was great, vibes were pretty good, and I 100% would come again“

“I’ve had dine in and take out from here. The food has been good both ways. I will say it’s probably a bit crispier in store, but that’s to be expected since it’s fresh fried with sauces on it. I really like the gangjeong and the kimchi fried rice. Really nice flavoring and spice. Things are served to be more shared plate style.“

“Very family friendly! Ate outside, they provided balls of pizza dough and coloring pages for the kids, and even gave us gelato samples at the end! Food was also excellent, as always. Highly recommend!“

“Had a really solid pizza and cocktail. Price is very reassuring, especially for the quality. The s'mores pizza was really tasty. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for better pizza than the big chains but don't want to mess with making one at home.“

“Yarene was my bartender and she was excellent! She was attentive, conversational and accommodating. Sammy's has always been good but the staff add an extra joy to the dinning experience. It's time to start paying our servers and bartenders more than like $2 an hour, people!“

“Food and service was great. It was a bit stuffy inside like the AC wasn't on and it was an 80 degree day and that's my only complaint. Corn dogs aren't like Korean street ones with eel and mayo type sauces incase anyone else was curious about thay dish.“

Interesting location too, ground floor, a little below grade, part of a mixed use building, residential above. Very cozy vibes vs. a stand alone.“

“The team at this location is the best by far every time I've visited. Even when I've ordered thru DoorDash the food has always been fresh and correct every time. All the staff are polite and seem to really enjoy what they are doing. Even when it's really busy they are efficient but also keep a smile on their faces. I will go out of my way to get food from this location even if I'm closer to another store.“

“Food is pretty good for a wing joint. The bartenders are always helpful and provide great service. Cearia is keeping this place alive as she is always upbeat and ready to help!

“I went there today and sat in the drive thru for a while because it was right at lunch time. I was on my lunch break. When I got to the window I realized I forgot my wallet. Instead of saying sorry we can’t give you this, the lady at the window was so nice and said she would talk to the manager. She came back, handed me the food, and said merry Christmas! I didn’t mention I’m 3 months pregnant but I really appreciate what they did!!“

“Woody's blocked off their front bar for my Wedding After Party and we had a great experience! Emily was super helpful and informative - and they had no problem blocking off the bar for a very reasonable price.
AND we were able to put the deposit towards food! We ordered ahead of time and everything was ready for our guests when we arrived - totally beats late night bites at any wedding if you ask me :)
My husband and I come here during football season and the vibes are always high - a great sports bar year round!“

“I earned a free, 60 point, 1 topping large New York styled pizza. Once again I had trouble with my app but Brooklyn showed me how to select pay in store. I expressed my need to limit walking and she and others said I could've called it in also. They immediately offered to bring it out . The wait time was short.
Our only disappointment is that we pay for Preminum chicken but the amount of chicken on the pizza is slim. We barely had 2 pieces on each slice. It maybe a need to write corporate. Im assuming the local site is doing what they are told.
