“Tried Chex Grill in Indian Trail today and let me just say… the food was SLAPPIN 😮‍🔥 But the real star? Rashad. Absolute top-tier human. There was a tiny “delay” with my jerk chicken sub because they were literally making the sauce fresh (which honestly just tells me everything I need to know). I wasn’t even bothered, but Rashad went out of his way to make sure I had food at the same time as my family and surprised me with a chicken, mushroom, and cheese sub (no clue the official name but BABYYYYY… it was BUSSIN). “Having visited South Korea multiple times and been married to a Korean wife for over 20 years, I can say with confidence that this is the best Korean fried chicken I’ve ever had! I’ve had some that come close, but what really impresses me is how consistently good it is across different locations. You know you’re going to get the quality you expect from the chain.
The atmosphere is great for dining in, but it’s just as good for takeout at home or on the road.
We recently picked up a few boxes of our favorites at the start of a road trip. Even the leftovers were still crispy when we ate them for lunch the next day!
We actually discovered how well this works on a cross-country road trip a few years ago. Here’s a tip: grab some of the little food-service gloves they keep on the tables. Once you’re safely parked, or have reached a safe place to stop, they’re great for enjoying your chicken without getting your hands covered in sauce.

The host, Jon, was very friendly and recommended us some wings that honestly could've been spicier but were still awesome (especially for my wife's more sensitive palate compared to mine, they were definitely some of her favorite ever). “I can’t remember the last time that I’ve publicly praised a business, restaurant or any type of company but it’s also been forever since I’ve met someone who truly loves what they do for a living and truly cares about quality. Lisa and I happened upon Da Bubs one night at Trophy’s Brewery and fell pretty hard for the “first date wings”. It was a pleasant surprise to find out that they have set up a permanent location in the kitchen of Le Dive Bar in downtown Raleigh. Lisa and I were there this afternoon and had a beer at Le Dive ( good vibes) and got wings, smash burger and one of the specialty pizzas. OMG !!! Treat yourself and someone you kinda like to this food. Most impressed!“

All the staff are polite and seem to really enjoy what they are doing. Even when it's really busy they are efficient but also keep a smile on their faces. “Was visiting in Raleigh and we decided to try this place for the first time and im glad we did. We got the buffalo wings with ranch and a bottle of hot sauce for extra spice and they were some of the best wings ive had and that ranch is so good. We each got our own pizza, my son got pepperoni, wife got margarita pizza and i got a custom with extra pepperoni, sausage, extra onion and green peppers with 4 cheese and their original marinara sauce. Everyone loved the pizza. Just can’t beat a fire cooked pizza. Definitely give this place a try if you haven’t. Wish it was one here in VA but if we ever in the area we’ll definitely be going back.“

“I went there today and sat in the drive thru for a while because it was right at lunch time. I was on my lunch break. When I got to the window I realized I forgot my wallet. Instead of saying sorry we can’t give you this, the lady at the window was so nice and said she would talk to the manager. She came back, handed me the food, and said merry Christmas! I didn’t mention I’m 3 months pregnant but I really appreciate what they did!!“

“I earned a free, 60 point, 1 topping large New York styled pizza. Once again I had trouble with my app but Brooklyn showed me how to select pay in store. I expressed my need to limit walking and she and others said I could've called it in also. They immediately offered to bring it out . The wait time was short.

Our only disappointment is that we pay for Preminum chicken but the amount of chicken on the pizza is slim. We barely had 2 pieces on each slice. It maybe a need to write corporate. Im assuming the local site is doing what they are told.
