Carajillo's Mexican Kitchen is a welcoming spot with impeccable service. The chorizo queso and quesadilla are always impressive, and the portions are huge. While the salsa dish situation and reservation process could use improvement, the food and drinks are undeniably delicious. The servers may seem a bit unhappy, but the overall experience is top-notch. Yuli, the bartender, is excellent, and the service is perfect. The birthday celebration may be unconventional, but the food and drinks at Carajillo's are truly amazing and worth a visit.
