Jet's Pizza is known for delivering hot, tasty, and amazing pizzas with excellent service. The Detroit-style pan pizzas are a local favorite, appreciated for their ability to be customized and for the unique topping placement. Customers often comment on the thick crust, generous amounts of cheese and butter, and the sauce, which is made with strained tomatoes and no added sugar. While some find the sauce a little on the sweet side, many still enjoy it and keep the restaurant in their rotation. The location is easy to access, and the restaurant often offers good coupons, making it convenient for customers. The staff, including employees like Demetri, are praised for their friendly and superior customer service. The restaurant also participates in special promotions, such as the Chicago style pizza day, which supports local veterans' programs and community efforts. Behind the counter, the restaurant is kept very clean and neat, ensuring a pleasant experience for visitors.
