We are in town for my sons baseball tournament and this is the first place we stopped to eat. When I tell you it was some of the BEST food we’ve ever had! We had Jerk shrimp, whiting, catfish, jumbo shrimp, fried okra, mac and cheese that tasted just like your Mamas ❤️ The best two things were the collard greens and the honey cornbread! The cornbread melts in your MOUTH. Service was great as well!

What a wonderful dining experience - simple clean diner!
Our first but not last visit to Try Seafood in Cary NC was Easter Sunday, March 31, 2024.
First of all the owner greeted my husband and I with respect and a warm welcome. He also, gave us some brief history about Try Seafood. We had such a wonderful time and the food was sooooo delicious! We order the catfish and shrimp meal. I had collard greens as my side and my husband the Mac and Cheese both were delicious.
