I called in a delivery order and thought everything was fine. After an hour of waiting I called the store and was told it will be there soon. Another 15 minutes went by and nothing. Called again only to be told, they don't deliver to my address, after processing my card and confirming my address when I ordered. I just moved to this area from Apex... I have ordered from this store 4 times and have had issues twice so far. The first time my order took an hour to get here...the manager was nice enough to rectify the situation. Last night it was a smaller issue but still very important to me...What is the point in asking for blue cheese dressing with my wings if they are going to just give me ranch anyway. one of the best no contact orders i have seen in the crossroads area. worker placed order on a sanitized bag on a bench and retreated while i got the order then the bag was sanitized for the next customer. multiple options to pay with no contact needed for any. overall a great place especially during these times.
