My family always picks Domino's over Papa John's when we are looking to order pizza. I absolutely love their different sauce options since my stomach tends to not do well with tomato based sauces. This location has regularly provided amazing quality pizza and quick service!

The pizza guy is remaking my pizza. I clicked no garlic crust on the online order. The guy making the pizza has decided to argue with me, rudely, about whether or not I clicked on no garlic crust. Worst dominos location I've found so

Would give 0 stars if I could based solely on the woman on the phone. We got our pizza delivered and our veggie pan pizza was undercooked. We order every week and normally pizza is fine, so it wasn't a big deal at first. I called and asked for a replacement. The woman on the phone was INCREDIBLY rude. She snapped at me when I gave my phone number rather than and order number. Then she told me I'd have to drive my pizza to the store so they could see it. I told them we were disabled and can't do that. The convo really spiraled after that.She told me that the pizza couldn't be undercooked because the oven is a set temp. However, I was a Domino's assistant manager for years at another franchise and know you shouldn't put more than 3 toppings on a pan pizza because they won't cook right. I told her this and she responded: "But I thought you said you were disabled?" She actually accused us of lying about disabilities.Ill admit I lost my temper then. I'm Autistic and recovering from norovirus, my partner is injured, and we're not up to this.She then put me on hold without asking and I waited, and waited, and waited. I assumed she wasn't coming back so I hung up to contest the charge with my credit card company. My partner gets a call 30-mins later and hands the phone to me when she heard it's Domino's. The same woman from before said "Oh, she put YOU on the line." I ignored that and asked what they wanted. Turns out, they sent a driver with the pizza replacement after all and he was outside our door. The woman said if I hadn't hung up, she would have told me that. I told her she put me on hold for 15 minutes so I hung up.She immediately argued back that it wasn't 15 minutes. I hung up on her again as i didn't care to sit and argue. I gave the driver the undercooked pizza and took the replacement - which this time, was burned.

We went in the store to order on 9/24/23 and it smelled like sewage was backing up. The woman making pizzas didn’t have gloves on nor did the man cutting the pizzas coming out of the oven. We ordered cheese bread but didn’t go back in to get it.

Ordered 2 medium pizzas and a stuffed pepperoni bread from here. Upon entering the store to pick up the order, the place STUNK. Smelled like none of the employees there knew how to properly shower or heard of deodorants, bad BO mixed with fart scent. Horrible smell inside the store. Not only that, they messed up the philly cheesesteak pizza by having red pizza sauce with just only steak and cheese. And the pepperoni stuffed bread was SMALL! All for 38 bucks for a meal that is extremely easy, i used to make pizza for papa johns and hungry howies and this dominos cant even make a simple order right. Come on people, youre not paid to mess up orders or stink up the place. Youre ADULTS! This is SAD! I wish I could give the store a no star.Update, their response is automated. And im confident enough that they wont “get to the bottom of it” if they havent done precisely that for the other reviewers, just dont order from this store. Go to another. The employees at this one doesnt know how to do their jobs right nor properly shower. If the owner of this store reads this, order #325 at 9/19/23 and estimated order ready says 8:14pm. I refuse to go on the link you provided because there are other reviewers who are apparently still waiting on a response, if they are still waiting, im not wasting my time going on that website you provided, im also not wasting my time going back to the store, it STINKS inside so no thanks! Get better employees who knows how to make the order according to what the customer orders. Yall aint mcdonalds. If i wanted my order messed up, id go to mcdonalds. Do better, its literally NOT hard to make a pizza right. Its also NOT hard to properly shower. Cuz yall stink!

Always getting incorrect orders. Staff doesn’t seem to care. I’ve already contacted customer support, to the contact representative that will respond to this. Just respond to the email instead.Edit: I have emailed the provided email address six times. No answer. It is obvious that they either do not check it or it is a fake email.

I put in an order for carside delivery, which has a 2 minute guarantee. After about five minutes I had to go into the store and ask for my order. Apparently someone immediately marked my order as delivered, with no intention of actually taking it out to me. Also they didn't include the garlic dipping sauce I paid for.UPDATE: I got a reply to the review saying to email them to resolve the issue. I have emailed them several times and heard nothing back. I guess this was just for show. Seems like a pretty dishonest business.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Spoke with two managers and they still messed up my order. They did nothing to rectify the situation. A class of first graders and parents were waiting. It was supposed to be 7 cheese pizzas delivered. After waiting for 15 minutes I drove to the store and they had 7 pepperoni pizzas for pick up. They gave no apologies. The second time I had spoken to a manager (the store owner) I asked him to confirm my order of 7 cheese pizzas delivered. That was two days before it was supposed to be delivered. When trying to call the morning of to triple check there was no answer and I attempted 3 times. Terrible service. At least apologize and try to fix it.6-13-2023 - I emailed my concerns and information, but never heard back.6-18-2023 - I still have not heard back after emailing concerns. Unfortunately, I think the follow up comment on my review was just to give an “appearance” of being more responsive than they really are.6-26-2023 - I emailed again at the request of the comment on my update of my review and again there was no return email from Dominos.7-7-2023 - still no response from Dominos. I contacted corporate and no response from them either. Just want others to be aware of the lack of response.

Raw dough and "we did not do anything wrong" excuse. I always feel like I am a hole to dare to complain about it while I felt sick all day and could not eat the remaining of my order

The service was quick and friendly. Our pizza and other food was quite good. Definitely one of the better locations in the area
