“They have upgraded the atmosphere. I do miss the old soda machine where you could do the touch screen. But it’s so much brighter. I did realize that they took the hometown feel of all the Clayton stuff out of this Zaxbys. I liked looking at each of them. Now it feels more commercialized.“

“So we had a Door Dash delivery. It was not what it was supposed to be. They had missing pieces of sushi, if you look at Door Dash Menu, Salmon roll is supposed to have avocado, cucumber and 6 pieces, not to mention rolled in fish eggs. I called 2 times. The owner would not accept anything I had to say. We own restaurants and know customer service. I was told to not call back. Very disappointed and frustrating!“

“The Depot on First has been open since October 2023 and since then has simply excelled as the only fine dining restaurant in the area. I think much of their success is based on the fact they not only maintain consistency in areas such as attention to detail, exceptional customer service and quality culinary experience, they also continue to evolve and adapt to changing tastes, trends, and customer preferences. I enjoy seeing their ongoing tasting and intimate dining events, of which I will have to attend at some point. Another cornerstone of success for many restaurant's is Authenticity, and this Farm-to-table restaurant continues to prioritize authenticity by sourcing quality ingredients directly from local farms and producers. They don't take any shortcuts when it comes to freshly prepared food to save time which is why I will wait patiently in the elegantly decorated intimate, warm and inviting dining room for my entree upon every visit. No Rush! Just me bring me another perfectly prepared old fashioned. Don't hesitate to step outside of the box and try something new on the menu, I am not a fan of porkchops, but I have become a fan of theirs. This is an environment that will put a smile on your face, Ben and staff are simply exceptional, every visit feels like coming home to dinner. “My order got mixed up but even at that it's the best pizza l have had outside of NY state. Some of these comments are laughable. It's a laid back pizza joint, casual is the point, omg if the food is good I'm not playing surrogate management and writing about staff not cleaning enough. Lots of topping and cheese, very tasty, keep up the good work.“

“I’ve always had a rule: only trust a real “rib and barbecue” place to make great baby back ribs. But Buffalo Brothers of White Oak is the exception! They were meaty, sauced just right with an excellent proportion of spicy to sweet and were “fall off the bone tender.”

“Hidden gem! This place is a nonprofit located inside the medical mall of Smithfield across from the hospital. They use actual eggs on a grill to make breakfast sandwiches (not microwaved). They help people with accessibility by providing jobs and helping adults learn skills for independence. Very friendly staff, lovely baked goods and sandwiches.“

“30 dollars for a small pizza and a sub half a sub the delivery driver woke up my neighbors because he's halfway down the road I specifically added my address as well as the color car and driveway but yet he was down the road yelling at me for delivery. Call the store and got blown off because it's a franchise and she can't give up the number to the owner because they don't want to be bothered. Crappy service crappy food don't order from these people“

“This was the cleanest Panera Bread I've encountered in a while. Fairly spacious with a few alcoves if you like small spaces. The staff were super friendly and professional.

Until the sun goes down. Once the management leaves, the kitchen staff crank up their own music with explicit lyrics. NOT into the dining room. Dolly still plays there. But coming from the kitchen where you pick up your food.“

“We love coming to blaze and getting pizzas for our family, especially because they offer allergy friendly options! Usually, we get the five $35 in the restaurant, however, Just as an FYI, it has now changed to app orders only and has increased to $40. It's still a great deal though! The problem is, the app limits the number of toppings on a build your own pizza AND more importantly, doesn't allow for explaining the allergy needs for each individual pizza. It only allows to click glove change at the bottom of each pizza order. Each pizza order, should have a comment section of its own to ensure employees know what they should avoid when making that certain pizza.

As a workaround, I ordered the pizzas on the app while standing in line and then watched as they made our allergy pizza. While all of the employees were super helpful and had great service, they were quite busy and not all of them even noticed that it had a glove change notation. I did have to remind several of them of that, and let them know about the tomato allergy. Even though it was listed as pesto sauce, tomato sauce was originally added to the pizza. The app needs to allow for more dynamic notations of allergies!

Thankful for great staff and wonderful service as they corrected the problem and made sure our daughter's pizza was safe for her!

The store itself should get five stars, however, with having to order our family meal on the app now and missing allergy notations, that is why it drops to four stars.“

“I visited CFA in Garner this week. I was truly amazed by the customer service. Ka-shi took my order and was very pleasant. On the way to the pick up window, I remembered that I forgot to replace the fries with the Mac and asked Asia ( I believe this was her name) if she could replace it. She responded with a smile and said she would take care of it! There was another young lady working along side Asia. All of a sudden (((HUNTER))) asked Asia to confiscate the kids fries…. I have never in all my visits to CFA had an employee to ask for the food to be returned…or passed back through the drive through window. I found that awkward. As I mentioned the young ladies appeared to enjoy their job! All of a sudden ((HUNTER)) demanded the third young lady to come to the office. ((HUNTER)) did not appear to bubbly, in fact she never had a smile on her face and just looked as if she was irritated with the young lady. I didn’t appreciate ((HUNTER)) treating that employee with no respect in-front of a customer. The employee didn’t waste anytime following a DEMAND. ((HUNTER )) work on your customer service and people skills. Parents check on ur children! Let’s not use authority to intimidate these young ladies!!!! Please feel free to inbox me if need be. And I forgot to add - While ((HUNTER)) was busy being rude! She forgot by daughter’s sauce for her nuggets!“
