“I came here with my son and sister fot the first time. I had never heard of this restaurant but as an avid lover or pasta and Italian food I was eager to give it try.
Im really glad I did, because the food was delicious. I love how everything was made fresh in front you and the options were plenty. I love when I find a dish I can mix and match with and thats a huge appeal of the pasta. Pick your sauce, noodle and protein.... we love variety.
In addition to all that the head chef, Alec, came and spoke with us to see how everything was and it was a nice personal touch for a restaurant where I wouldnt typically expect that type of attention. I look forward to going back to try more things off the menu, but it truly was a 10 out of 10 for me and I will be back!“

“I was so sad when Romeo's closed a couple of years ago! Their cauliflower crust is the best! I recently ordered and there was a glitch with my order. The owner quickly took care of it and the pizza was delish! Super quick delivery too. Thanks for coming back to Wake Forest!“

“Food is always great, service is friendly. There is usually a line but it doesn't take too long to get through. I have learned to bring a jacket because when the AC kicks on which is almost every time the door opens it gets very cold inside.“

“Waitress need to address all customers if light is on ... All they have to say is your server will be right with you .... Them walking by and not saying anything is rude if they work in the restaurant they all should be one team not working by themselves... There is some kind of tension that is always causedy management.... Managers remember you set the tone for your team ... Food was good and late“

“I stopped by this Zaxby’s after a few months away, and overall the experience was still reliably good. The food quality has remained consistent across my visits — my order was correct, served at the right temperature, and presented well, which is something I’ve come to expect from this location. The staff continues to be polite and professional. I wouldn’t call the service exceptional, but it’s consistently acceptable, and everyone stays busy and engaged in their work.
The restaurant was clean throughout my visit. I was there for over an hour catching up with a friend, and the drink station stayed clean the entire time. I also noticed team members wiping down tables whenever they weren’t taking orders, which is always a good sign of solid day‑to‑day upkeep.
There have been a few changes since my last visit. The drive‑thru setup outside has been improved, and traffic flows much better now. Parking has also been adjusted so cars in the drive‑thru aren’t blocking people trying to park. Inside, the seating area has been reworked and brightened up with fresh paint, giving it a nicer overall feel. The only downside was noticing a few cosmetic shortcuts — the booth I sat near had old holes and anchors that were simply painted over instead of properly patched. That feels more like an issue with whoever handled the remodel rather than Zaxby’s itself, but it did stand out. I was also disappointed to see that the Coke Freestyle machine is no longer at the drink station, since that was always a nice perk.
Even with those small misses, this is still a good place to grab a meal and catch up with friends, and I’ll definitely be back again soon.“

“My original review is below, after I posted this Kristi from Chick Fil A contacted me, apologized about the service and made things right. It is not often business's acknowledge their mistake and fewer who are willing to make it right and keep a customer. Kudos to Chick Fil A and their commitment to quality! and thanks Kristi.
We ordered a 30 piece nugget and maybe got 25 with many tiny pieces. Very disappointed, this was part of our Christmas Eve meal so not a great time to get something sub par. I had to re heat them so you can see way less then the 30 we ordered.“
