“This is a go-to place for my wife and I on date night. It's small and intimate, and has a great cocktail menu. My wife likes the Bee's Knees. I usually go for a beer or two from their carefully curated draft list. They've got a nice outdoor space, and you can order food that is delivered to you from The Pig, which is amazing! We recommend a plate of BBQ Nachos. There is, maybe, no better bar food in existence.“
“I went in around 7:55, and they were cleaning up. The young lady who took my order was very nice & helpful! The pepperoni pizza was delicious! Not a normal standard pepperoni, the marinara was great, and the spice was an extra surprise! The award winning specialty pizza was fresh and full of flavor! The Greek salad was so fresh & delicious!! I ordered BBQ chicken wings for my son, and he loved them!! The BBQ sauce was delicious, and the wings actually had meat on them!! It was pricey, but for the quality of food, it was well worth it! We loved it and will be back while I'm in the area!!“

“My spouse and I enjoyed our lunch here so much, we returned two days later with our son and daughter-in-law and two granddaughters. Everything was delicious! All but one of us ordered the special thali lunch--7 little bowls with everything from rice to salad to two chicken dishes and luscious chickpeas. It was a bargain at $15!“
“I've been to the food hall location somewhere in Raleigh, but this was my first time at the Chapel Hill location. I was there the Saturday before NYE and the place was empty. It was very clean and inviting. I got the California box again because I really like the flavor and mix of ingredients.For the price, it looks like a small portion. But it was very filling. It tasted fine, just a little blah. I'm not sure if it's because I was the only customer so maybe the ingredients had been sitting unstirred for a while, but it didn't give me that, "wow this is amazing!" feeling like in Raleigh. The tofu could've been a bit fresher maybe.“
“Vimala’s holds a special place in my heart. I met and proposed to my fiancé in the Vimala’s courtyard. It’s one of the most unique and beautiful restaurants in Chapel Hill. On top of the wonderful atmosphere, the food is awesome. I haven’t gone wrong with anything that I’ve ordered here. The staff are great people and the service is always top notch. I would not have been able to do a special proposal + engagement dinner without them. Highly recommend!“
