I am in town and really wanted to eat healthy. This place was close and the young man who wanted on me was very helpful. I told him I had never been there before so he explained all my options.
The proportions were reasonable, but probably for a grown man it might not be enough. I actually didn’t put any protein on my bowl because I’m a vegetarian so this was a great option for me.

Went to Cava’s last night. I have already recommended it!

John, tasha, Olivia and Cesar make and serve the best food at Chapel Vill. Was a great comfortable atmosphere and had infectious energy. Great team!
