“Only reason I gave it 3 stars on atmosphere was because there was so many Tar Heel students every where and I'm a DIE HARD DUKE FAN🤙🏾 but I had to realize I was in Tar Heel country other then that everything was great the service was fast and food was great for it being my 1st time having it“

“We worked up an appetite from move in day at school! My daughter wanted Chick-fil-A and of course I said yes! We both ordered our favorite-the chicken sandwich with extra pickles and CFA sauce! Fries were slightly crispy on the outside and tender of the inside. Our order was fresh and hot-just as it should be. We enjoyed our meal! My chocolate shake was yummy. The line moved quickly and service was good! Thank you!“

“Thank the Carolina Blue heavens for getting a Shake Shack in CH!!!! I used to frequent the original in NYC (hat tip to Danny Meyers) and now it’s a 10 minute drive vs a plane trip. And yay for the onion rings sneaking on the permanent menu. I actually did a little jig!

The manager is AMAZING! I can’t say enough good things about her! So kind, generous and compassionate. I even got a hug on an especially bad day. I came in crying, no, sobbing and left with a smile. I applaud her and her staff!“

“Went here after a dr appointment I got grilled chicken sandwich wife got zensational salad. We got to the car to sit and watch and enjoy and she was putting the dressing on her salad and it dropped between her legs! Went back in and told the manager and she was so sweet she made us another one ! We found a picnic table around the corner, such an amazing day!“

“We arrived after dining room hours to meet up with family traveling from out of town. Regina was so understanding and accommodating. It was not busy, so she took extra time to personally bring our food outside to us, helped us set up chairs at an outside table, let our kids use the bathroom quickly, and was genuinely kind and wonderful. We had a splendid visit with our family and are so grateful she helped us make this memory!“

“Wanted to try firehouse subs after reading about it online, and saw that they had a really good meatball sub from what people were raving about.
Boy- were they right. From the first bite of the meatball sub w/ pepperoni I could tell that i was going to love the sandwich. Flavor profile and seasoning of everything was great. Took me back to the old days when I was young and would get a subway meatball( when they were actually good😔)
If you miss having a good meatball sub, definitely give this place a try.“

“I needed to place a big order for a meeting and everything turned out wonderfully. The Store Manager, Carla, was extremely patient while helping me decide on which sandwiches to get and what to put on them. The team member, Evan, was also very nice. I called the morning that I was going to pick them up and he told me that they just finished packaging up my order. When I came, I was in and out! I will def go back in the future!“
