“Visiting NC from PA. Stopped here for dinner tonight. Employees were nice and helpful. Food is very good! Prices are higher than I expected (though still not bad) but portions are huge so it makes sense. My younger daughter and I each got a plate of strips/fries. There's "only" 3 strips but they're huge. We easily could've shared one order. The sweet tea is delicious and they have the BEST ice. We weren't 100% sure if we were supposed to tip. You order at the counter and they deliver your food to your table. We just weren't sure if it was expected like a full service restaurant or not like fast food. This establishment falls somewhere in the middle so we opted to leave a tip. If we had one of these places locally, it would be added to our regular rotation of places we choose when I don't want to cook. I'd recommend it!“

“This was our first time trying Cook Out and we were not disappointed. The person who took our order was patient and kind. The waiting time for our food was really short. We ordered 3 Cookout burgers with cheese, a banana pudding shake, onion rings, fries with cajun seasoning, fried okra, nuggets, a regular burger, a corn dog. Everything we ordered was really good and the price was in a good range. (Even my dad approved, which is really rare)

Vegetarian options: There are options on the menu that do not have any kind of meat like the fries, onion rings but it doesn’t clearly specify that it’s vegetarian.“

“I have never been to a TB location that was so polite and the food and portions were this amazing.
I think most people can agree that the service and portions have been horrible throughout the country for a while!
THIS location had it all tonight. It’s been since the 90’s I’ve had this kind of service.
Loved them and the family loved the food.

“Arby's can generally be very hit or miss with a lot more misses than hits. But this one is definitely on the better end of the scale. Food was good, restaurant was generally pretty clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and professional. While I don't recommend most Arby's this one I do.“

“Went through the drive through, Saturday May 16th? Ordered for 5 people, plus extras. Waited to order what has become a normal wait time anywhere..And when I got past the 2nd combo, the gentleman taking my order interrupted me, to tell me I may not want to wait that long. Only he and one other person showed up for work. I ordered a LOT of food, as it was breakfast, and we had all been up and working already. The food was ready in, again, what has become a normal amount of time about anywhere, and the only issue I later realized was we were short two hashbrowns. I ordered 5 combos, and extras, there were only two people working, Cornelius, and...Kiki? And they did a fantastic job, with what they had.“

“We ordered a Papadia and a 6 cheese pizza. They were amazing. Coming from a guy who has worked within Papa John's organization for 10 + years I can safely say this was done the right way from the moment we walked in which was very late we were welcomed in. Toby and I shared some good conversations and he showed why he's a top dog in this company the Papadia was made perfect! 5 stars all the way don't hesitate to order from this store.“

“We were promptly greeted by friendly staff today (7/9) around 3pm. The associate was patient with my child, and incredibly kind and respectful. Our pretzel bites were well made, and the lemonade made my son’s day! We had a great experience, thanks for the great customer service and high food quality!“

“We called our order in. Asked for THICK crust and picked up the pizza, got home, THIN crust. That was 3 weeks ago.
My wife went to the store, once again ordered beef and pepperoni THICK crust. Got home THIN crust.
Why is it so damn hard to get a simple order right? I'd understand if we ordered 10 things and they got one wrong but one damn thing. I even understood when we called in and got some damn call center that seemed to not understand or speak much English. But geez.. face to face and they still can't get it right.“

“I stopped for gas and noticed this attached Burger King. I had my special needs adult son with me and he loves BK so we popped in for a quick bite. I believe the cashier that took our order was fairly new because she had a little trouble but she was very nice and she got our order correct. It didn't take long, about 5 minutes max and we were seated and eating.The food was some of the best BK I've had in a long time. Everyone we came into contact with was polite and cordial. My son and I had a great relaxing lunch. I would definitely stop there again in the future.“
