“So….. Where do I begin.. I grew up on this magical environment called Alamance County . Many years of breakfasts was centered around this wonderful place. Over the years, many natives moved away but Biscuitville has stayed in the hearts of us all. We call it the Trifecta of eats, it is a must go to spot when making the pilgrimage back home after years of being away. A warm smile and hug with a biscuit and hashbrown with some grits. However, a hug was warranted but I refrained during this pandemic. This place I wish I could franchisee and being back to Anderson SC . Coming back to Biscuitville is like visiting Grandma or coming to a warm house during the holidays. The biscuits are woven with magical flour made by Angels. These Artesian biscuits and friendly atmosphere is something that everyone needs in their life. Oh Biscuitville I have now left but you are one of the best and unique magical restaurants around who puts the B in iscuit! I love you!!“

“Billy Teeter is the face of excellent customer service. He has been with Biscuitville for many years. I love seeing him at the drive through. Such a nice welcome each time. I come to this location because of Billy and the other employees. All are super friendly!“

“Cute southern 50s vibes. Top tier chicken and pork.
Only downside is they use a vinegar base BBQ where we are from its a thick right sauce.
FUlYai slaw comes ON the BBQ sandwich.
Chicken was tender and juicy. Homemade sides including potato salad that is true southern hospitality on a spoon. Coleslaw was tangy, crisp and delicious.
Topped off with a delicious sweet tea.
10/10 for this little gem.

“I lived this place. My waiter was really friendly and patient with me as took a lil time going over the menu for my first visit. The food didn't take too long to come out. They have a pretty big menu and I just ended up getting a cheeseburger basket. The lemonade was very delicious as well. The food was so tasty I went back the next day for my second visit.“

I know chick fil a is known for their friendly service but these staff members went above and beyond in every way to make is even slightly easier eating out alone with a toddler. “Wow! Where do I begin? The atmosphere is happy, colorful and bright. I love their tilapia dishes, and the guacamole and salsa. We are always lucky to have the same waitress serve us and she is so pleasant and cheerful, it really enhances our experience. Obviously I definitely recommend trying it!“

“I do go here quite often because I love their biscuits. Normally, everything I get there is great. But, yesterday I tried the Canadian Style Turkey Bacon egg and cheese english muffin because I don’t eat pork anymore. It was just awful! The meat was so over-fried and shriveled up tiny piece of grossness. Uneatable! The egg was way over cooked also. Brown and crunchy around the edges. I didn’t take it back because I was too far away when I found out. I could only eat the muffin. So dissatisfied about paying $4.26 for it and will never eat that sandwich again. The people who work there are so nice. They always give my dog a doggy biscuit. That is why I was really disappointed.“

“Cookout is great as a small town, high school hangout, but this sure ain't its heyday. The only thing keeping Cookout afloat is its late hours, fast service, and 20+ mix-n-match flavor milkshakes. Everything else is smaller portioned, costs too much, and tastes microwaved.“

“I stopped through on my way to work to grab a biscuit and gravy combo and there was this employee who I feel needs a good compliment . I don't know her name but I was there around 9am . She is Caucasian and is petite with some facial piercings with a little red in her hair , anyway. I just wanted to say she was amazing and also to say that no matter the struggles we go through in life , we will always prevail and you will make it . “Solid, consistent, and very inexpensive. Cookout is a must for anyone who likes grilled chicken sandwiches, burgers, or shakes. I wish the ordering process was a little easier though, we always have to spend like 10 minutes figuring out if it's cheaper to get a sandwich or a tray or some combination.“

“There was a very nice woman here who helped me with the drink machine. I can't have sugar or carbonated drinks anymore and she came out from behind the counter and helped me find a drink. Great service! A refreshing difference from the Wendy's in my area.“

“The food is on par with other Taco Bell locations, and my order is often correct, anything that's missing is always fixed when I ask. Service and Atmosphere are rated three because there is an increased push towards mobile and kiosk orders, so there is less human interaction that creates the dynamic to better rate service and atmosphere. As far as service goes, it really just depends on the person, there are some outstanding team members at this location and clearly others that want to be anywhere but there.“

“We arrived here around 10:40am this past Friday to grab an early lunch. It looked like they were in the middle of a meeting, but they greeted us and all went to their stations. We ordered two combos and our food was ready within a couple minutes. The crinkle fries were nice and hot and our sandwiches were well-made - they didn't skimp on anything! The food tasted great.“

“Our pizza was great! We had the special large three topping, pepperoni, italian sausage, and black olive for $10. It was one of the prettiest pizzas I have ever had in my life. The perfect amount of toppings spread out perfectly on the pizza. Besides being very good tasting, it had a wonderful visual appeal. The smell in the truck coming home was almost too much. We almost stopped. LOL! Whoever made my pizza tonight Thank you. It was a delight to eat.“

Something I would like to see added to the app is to share tracking information so that someone who's going to pick up the order in the family could know when to leave the nearby store if buying something else to know when to get over to pick up the pizza“

“Went through the drive through, Saturday May 16th? Ordered for 5 people, plus extras. Waited to order what has become a normal wait time anywhere..And when I got past the 2nd combo, the gentleman taking my order interrupted me, to tell me I may not want to wait that long. Only he and one other person showed up for work. I ordered a LOT of food, as it was breakfast, and we had all been up and working already. The food was ready in, again, what has become a normal amount of time about anywhere, and the only issue I later realized was we were short two hashbrowns. I ordered 5 combos, and extras, there were only two people working, Cornelius, and...Kiki? And they did a fantastic job, with what they had.“

“I actually like this subway the most in Burlington, but today the older lady asked me every question 2-3 times as if she was preoccupied, I was patient but then when I noticed her face less than a foot away from my sandwich she started asking which condiments while talking towards the sandwich instead of up towards me so I said “please just give me everything so you don’t have to keep talking over my sandwich” and she then leaned closer to my sandwich within inches saying “is that it”? I had to leave without it because I can not eat a spit sandwich ma’am. I we t back hours later still hungry and different sandwich guy who listened and made a great steak avocado“

Once again, they are amazing. I HATE going into Walmart for anything but we go there to grab things and pick up sandwiches from here. It’s the highlight of the trip. 5 stars for the last 4 trips here. No clue what anyone else is expecting.“
