August 13th, drive thru line has been over 20 minutes now. This is usually a great location, but this wait is unacceptable.
Super Professional and very Friendly.
The food is on par with other Taco Bell locations, and my order is often correct, anything that's missing is always fixed when I ask. Service and Atmosphere are rated three because there is an increased push towards mobile and kiosk orders, so there is less human interaction that creates the dynamic to better rate service and atmosphere.
