Terrible service, rude. Out of most sodas and out of cheese curds (it is common they are always out of something). The chicken was so burnt it both smelled and tasted of smoke and was inedible. Fries also burnt. Couldn’t finish the meal and we were already home so a waste of money. Won’t be back to this location.
This is the worst Zaxbys around. They’re always out of literally everything. Went there tonight tried to get two sodas, out of both and then out of cheese curds. When I got home my chicken tasted like smoke.

Probably the worst food I’ve gotten at a fast food place. My drink spilled on me because the lid wasn’t fully sealed because the rim of the cup looked like someone bit off some of the styrofoam, gave me some sort of hot sauce instead of Zax Sauce (normally an honest mistake), and the food was god awful to the point I didn’t eat another bite.
