So I haven't eaten at Zaxbys in a few years but the size of the chicken sandwich is certainly smaller as well as the portion of fries. Sandwich and fries still had great flavor.
I do love Zaxbys. The 6 piece plate, extra fries no slaw, and nuclear sauce did not disappoint!
This is by far the best Zaxby's location! My online orders are always ready on time, and the food is consistently fresh and delicious. I actually drive a few extra miles just to come to this location because the one closest to me has been a disappointment. The extra drive is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

Zaxby’s Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings is a restaurant known for its good food and friendly service. Customers often praise the staff for being helpful, pleasant, and respectful. The restaurant handles large groups well, with the staff making sure everyone is taken care of in a timely manner. The food is consistently hot and prepared exactly as ordered, including popular items like chicken fingers. Many reviewers have expressed satisfaction with the quality of the food and the fast service, describing their experience as better than other locations and even comparing it to a 5-star restaurant. One customer was pleasantly surprised by the juicy chicken and the quick, nice cashier, hoping for recognition for her good work.
However, some minor issues are mentioned, such as cups being handed out with drink and ice cream all over them, which could be improved by wiping off cups before passing them out. In one instance, a long wait of 31 minutes was handled exceptionally well when an employee apologized and issued a full refund without being asked, showcasing excellent customer service. Overall, this Zaxby’s location is highly recommended for its great food, helpful staff, and outstanding service.
