We went to the Taco Bell on North Church Street in Burlington, N.C . The drive-through was not working. They said they couldn't hear and told me to pull around to the window. They said they couldn't hear to take the order. And I needed to come inside. It was extra cold that night, and I had my two kids in the car. Most of the time, when I try to eat at this location, it's an issue about something. So I drove to the Mebane location. They give great service and the Taco are great.

This TB has improved significantly. I had stopped going because the food was skimpy and poor service. I saw an ad that one of my favorites (Chalupa Box) was back, so I decided to give them another try. The food was excellent, and service was quick and professional! I've been twice more, with the same great results. ?
Ordered Uber eats from here and completely messed up my order. They also added cheese to my burritos when I’m allergic and specifically put “no cheese”

Clean, fast, food done well. Haven't seen a more organized sauce counter in any Taco Bell.
This is my last resort fast food restaurant. Management should be ashamed at the quality of food they are passing out to the public. My order was not only wrong but ice cold. This is the quality you should expect eating from this TacoBell in Mebane. They do not deserve $15/hour if anything they deserve an audit from the health department. 0/5

Get rid of the kiosk and go back to actually taking orders. Engage with your customers. WORK! Read the order and make it correctly. Stop filling up tacos with lettuce.
Went inside last night at about 9:00 pm. Ordered a box of SOFT shelled tacos. Got home and ALL of my tacos were HARD shells!! Paid $21.00 for a COMPLETE wrong order! Called the store for over an hour last night and only got a fax machine after ringing with no answer. So far today still nobody answering the phone. Calling corporate office I guess after no response from the store.

I came to pick up a Huge Door Dash Order...it was ready! I had to wait for the 2 drinks. During that time 3 employees came to greet me and see if I needed help! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The employee who gave me the drinks offered to help me to the car! I declined but it was offered! Hats off to this store! Young people were doing this not "older"! THANKS A MILLION, I will be back with my daughter!

I wanted to come and give this taco bell a shout out because it's the first one in a long time that I've been to that actually gave us good food a majority of the taco bells are slacking bit this one was absolutely wonderful!
