Every time I order ahead from this location they always get my order wrong. They always give me the wrong sauce or no sauce and fries when I ask and pay extra for coleslaw. When you ask for extra seasoning on your fries you never get it. The store is always chaotic, you’re never greeted, no one ever smiles, your orders are never waiting in the kiosk area. I placed an order on line, gave them about 15 minutes, showed up. How I ended up waiting a whole 31 min for my food was beyond me. They had adequate help and a manager. I ordered some fries on a second order, of course they were ready. What good are the fries without the food. The wings had to go another round in the oven when I got home. I went here to grab some dinner before my small group and I waited over 20 minutes and when I got my order it was only warm, not hot. The fries were cold. Seemed like the staff there were there to hang out with their friends. They were not personable at all. Which with that being said, I have never really had a bad experience at Zazbys until then. ??♀️
