Ordered salad, chicken tenders, fries and funnel cake off the app after picking up food and getting home come to realization that they did not give me any salad dressing or sauces that I asked and some I paid extra for. Returned to store and they said they were in the process of training and that was the reason I had no sauce or dressing. My chicken was cold, fries not cooked all the way and the funnel cake was hard I couldn't bite into it. I reached out 2 times to the store and its been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for a response.

On 24 Dec 2023 I stopped by the Zaxby’s Main Street Graham drive thru. I’m pretty sure the car before is experienced the same thing because I pulled up to the speaker to order and someone said “just one moment” and left. We sat there for over 10 minutes to the point I had to call in to notify someone, they claimed to be short staff and we would have to wait. I’ve worked at fast food restaurants myself and no amount of “short staff” would still excuse for customer sitting at the drive thru for over 10 minutes. Mind you the drive thru was not backed up and neither was the restaurant (I eventually went inside). I had to go inside to get something to eat and it was definitely not short staff and neither was it busy. I got served in less than 10 minutes. Yeah terrible service today, wait time should never be that long especially without a long line and not alot of people dining in.

I went here to grab some dinner before my small group and I waited over 20 minutes and when I got my order it was only warm, not hot. The fries were cold. Seemed like the staff there were there to hang out with their friends. They were not personable at all. Which with that being said, I have never really had a bad experience at Zazbys until then. ??♀️

Every time I order ahead from this location they always get my order wrong. They always give me the wrong sauce or no sauce and fries when I ask and pay extra for coleslaw. When you ask for extra seasoning on your fries you never get it. The store is always chaotic, you’re never greeted, no one ever smiles, your orders are never waiting in the kiosk area. You always have to stand in an order line and wait to get to the front to ask for it. Often its ready and sealed in a bag but no verification is made that order is correct and all items accounted for before sealing it.
Entered drive through line with 5 cars in front of me at 750pm and didn’t get my food until almost 830pm. Took 20 minutes to get to the booth to order. Out of large cups and no lights on to see the menu outside. When I got to the window there were 3 workers at the window laughing and playing with each other, instead of giving me my drinks. Seems like a lack of management. This was on 11/12/23. No interest in returning.

I placed an order on line, gave them about 15 minutes, showed up. How I ended up waiting a whole 31 min for my food was beyond me. They had adequate help and a manager. I ordered some fries on a second order, of course they were ready. What good are the fries without the food. The wings had to go another round in the oven when I got home. The fries were "not a large" for the second time. I'm not sure what the manager scraped off the floor with a napkin...but she didn't wash her hands afterwards. Started preparing orders and food handling. There is a fan on front line I suspect to keep them cool. FULL OF THICK DUST( fear strongly it blows in food)! Eeeewh! I pass will not be coming back.
