Keith is the kind of owner you actually see in the store, checking in, helping out, and making sure everything runs the right way. He’s always attentive to both customers and employees, and it shows in every part of the experience. You can tell he truly takes care of his staff. The employees are consistently friendly, motivated, and professional, which speaks volumes about how they’re treated behind the scenes. When a team is respected and supported like that, it reflects directly in the service, and this location nails it every single time. The food quality never slips. Whether it’s peak hours or late in the day, the chicken is always fresh, hot, and cooked exactly how it should be. “I took my 18 month old daughter to dine in this afternoon (we frequently do mobile thru and never have a complaint) but I am trying to teach my daughter how to behave in a restaurant.

As most parents, I was trying to be conscious of her noise and mess so as to not disturb the other customers dining. Leslie saw me trying to clean up, and told me that I shouldn’t be doing that and she was happy to do it once we were finished. Of course, I insisted but the interaction was very kind.

A few minutes later, Leslie returned with a small gift for my daughter and it absolutely made both of our days!! There was no long conversation beforehand, or much interaction, just a very kind woman who took the opportunity to make our days better. Leslie is the epitome of a good, hard-working, compassionate employee and CFA is lucky to have her!!

Honorable mention to the employees working the register as well. I did not get their name but their kindness was appreciated just as much.
