“This Zaxby’s is hands down one of the best places to eat in the area, and a huge part of that is because of the owner, Keith Jordan. Keith is the kind of owner you actually see in the store, checking in, helping out, and making sure everything runs the right way. He’s always attentive to both customers and employees, and it shows in every part of the experience. You can tell he truly takes care of his staff. The employees are consistently friendly, motivated, and professional, which speaks volumes about how they’re treated behind the scenes. When a team is respected and supported like that, it reflects directly in the service, and this location nails it every single time. The food quality never slips. Whether it’s peak hours or late in the day, the chicken is always fresh, hot, and cooked exactly how it should be. The consistency is impressive, and it’s clear there’s a strong standard in place that Keith makes sure is maintained. You know exactly what you’re getting, and it’s always done right. This Zaxby’s is a true staple of the community. It’s a reliable, welcoming place you can count on at any hour they’re open, whether you’re grabbing a quick meal or sitting down to relax. Great food, great service, and great leadership. You really can’t ask for more.”

“We visited Waffle House, and from the moment we walked in, we were impressed. I’ve been to several locations, but this one is by far the best of all. The atmosphere is warm, clean, and has that classic Waffle House vibe that makes you feel welcome right away.

The food was fresh, hot, and perfectly prepared. The waffles were golden on the outside and soft on the inside, the hashbrowns cooked exactly the way we ordered them, and the coffee was delicious. Everything tasted homemade and comforting.

But what truly made the experience outstanding was our server, Beatrix. I’m not sure if that’s the correct spelling, but I want to highlight him because his service was exceptional. He was friendly, attentive, quick, and always smiling. He made sure we had everything we needed, gave great recommendations, and treated our family with a kindness that really stands out. People like him make the whole visit special.

Overall, I give it 5 out of 5 stars. Between the amazing food, the welcoming atmosphere, and Beatrix’s excellent service, this location has become my favorite Waffle House. We will definitely be coming back.”

“I took my 18 month old daughter to dine in this afternoon (we frequently do mobile thru and never have a complaint) but I am trying to teach my daughter how to behave in a restaurant.

As most parents, I was trying to be conscious of her noise and mess so as to not disturb the other customers dining. Leslie saw me trying to clean up, and told me that I shouldn’t be doing that and she was happy to do it once we were finished. Of course, I insisted but the interaction was very kind.

A few minutes later, Leslie returned with a small gift for my daughter and it absolutely made both of our days!! There was no long conversation beforehand, or much interaction, just a very kind woman who took the opportunity to make our days better. Leslie is the epitome of a good, hard-working, compassionate employee and CFA is lucky to have her!!

Honorable mention to the employees working the register as well. I did not get their name but their kindness was appreciated just as much.

“So my mom and I were headed back from Charlotte and we were craving Chinese food but home was a little ways away so we decided to research a place to go to on the way. We came across this spot and decided to give it a try after reading the reviews which were mixed but there were more pros than cons.
So anywayyyyzzz honey the food was soooo bomb we came back today on our way home from Charlotte again. We couldn’t remember the name of the place so we had to search through our bank statement and pinned locations to find out where we went 😂😂 we just finished eating and the same is true!!! The food was sooooo good. We got the shrimp & broccoli combo and the crab rangoons!!! Delicious! 🤤 Don’t hesitate to stop by! And the service was excellent!! So kind. Clean bathroom & hot water!!”

“Was visiting the area and decided I needed a little iced latte pick me up. I do sugar-free on everything although their sugar free options were limited. I did add a little bit of brown sugar cinnamon to my sugar-free vanilla and when I tell you, it was like Heaven in a cup with ice!!! we’ll definitely visit every time I am in the area”
