Great beer, great service and food and great atmosphere
Terrific place. I've seen it from the road a dozen times passing through on my way to WNC, and never got the chance to try it until yesterday. I was happily surprised to see a solid operation. The architecture and decor is gorgeous, and the sculptures and landscaping in the biergarten add that little something extra. Despite being right off the highway, the biergarten is somewhat insulated from the noise, and there's just a quiet hum coming over the walls.

We’ve stopped here a few times while traveling between Virginia and Charlotte and have always had wonderful experiences. This time Emily went above and beyond. We stopped during a busy Saturday night and had to sit outside with our dog, which is understandable but it was a little warmer than I’d like for my dog. Red Oak Brewery Lager Haus & Biergarten is a beautiful place with awesome art pieces. The staff members are excellent and the brewery is spotless. The beer selection is outstanding, with every brew being fresh, flavorful, and crafted with care. The atmosphere is welcoming, lively, and perfect for relaxing with friends. Visitors can seat outside or inside, and the place is great for beer lovers. Red Oak also hosts events like Mini's in Motion, Christmas market, and October fest festival. The venue has indoor food, dining outside, and an outdoor music area, making it a great spot to chill and drink.
