“I rate this on a curve of large fast food chain experiences. I use the App and so far have never gotten an incorrect order, YMMV. Sometimes I get hot nuggets, sometimes not. Apparently, the 1/4 lb burger is supposed to be fresh beef and it definitely is better than the other burger options. It's a solid option for a quick, cheap meal when you really need that but I can't rave about it and it's not the best McD franchise I've seen. 4-stars but I'm going lower if we could use decimals. I'll go ahead and let the cat out of the bag--it's too expensive and not worth it without the App. Surely at full price I'm going 3 stars.“

“I made a mobile order for two footlongs today, Monday, 8/10/26 at 11:56AM at the Oak Ridge, NC Store #25834-0 and Prem was amazing! He was so efficient, quick-but thorough, and kind. He really went above and beyond to make sure that this Subway became my new favorite. Going forward, I will drive out of my way to go to this Subway, and pass other Subways along the way, and I live all the way in Winston Salem. Keep Prem. Double his salary!“

Positive energy goes a long way when it comes to fast food, the energy at this location was some of the best energy I see from a fast food crew working together in a fast-paced environment. Everything was great except for the fries, the fries were really not the best but I've had worse and these weren't bad enough to say they stood out, they just weren't on par with the rest of the meal“

“Horrible experience at Chick Fil A tonight. I ordered my food on the App. I went inside to retrieve my order, my name was on the bag with the correct. I get home and the order is completely wrong. I drive back to Chick Fil A and tell them about the wrong order. They REFUSED TO GET ME THE correct order without the BAG!!!! I had the receipt and order on my phone. My husband had to bring the bag with the wrong item. I’ve never felt so disrespected!!! Horrible experience!!! They deserve 0 stars.“

I have been going to this Chick-fil-A since it opened and the food is consistently satisfactory. I love going to Chick-fil-A as I know there is a guarantee for the quick delivery of good food.
