“Well I was out paying bills and I decided to stop in this establishment only for a hot coffee, i walked up to the counter and asked the female clerk i would like a senior coffee and the woman said you must order first, I said are you joking she looked and said no sir its our policy,I had money on me and I was disappointed but not shocked, so I said to the female clerk no problem I will gladly go to another restaurant to get coffee, no anger, no cursing, no name calling I just walked out, and Almighty God is my witness to this interchange with the female cashier. So I will never walk in another chick fil-A restaurant again. But I still saw how clean the facilities were, that was my very 3rd times every visiting this establishment, I will still give them a great rating simply because they are much younger cashiers and many aren't taught about old school ethics, standards, morality, even though I understand the establishment is supposed to be Christian base establishment. And I was expecting to pay for my coffee gladly, a Vietnam vet who defended this country and this is the truth.“

“The chicken bacon ranch wrap from this location was absolutely delicious. they were very busy when we arrived and apparently they were having issues with the check-in process for online orders which of course is how I ordered ours so when they said it was going to be ready in 9 minutes it actually took half an hour and calling to say we were parked out there and still waiting for them to get it out to us. it also took an additional 10 minutes from us calling before my husband decided to go inside and somebody was coming out to the car as he approached the door.“

“Shout out to Rebecca this morning! I had to order 2 large boxes of coffee for a school function. I called the order in to Dunkin Donuts, arrived to pick up the coffee, and they forgot to tell me that they were out of big boxes so they did not prepare my order. All they could say was, "Sorry." I rushed over to Chick-Fil-A and they went right to work on the order. She apologized about how long it would take (12 minutes) to prepare fresh, hot coffee, and said, "Your morning is going to get better starting now!" The coffee was prepared quickly- along with all the condiments bagged up and I was out the door. I was late with the coffee but the teachers seemed excited to receive it and get their day started. “Sure it's in a gas station but the place is clean, the cooks are absolutely some of the kindest people I've met, the food is eye opening, and the portions... Don't get me started, they don't stop filling up your tray until it's barely closeable. For the amount you're paying, the food and portions are definitely worth, I brought 3 trays home and my family and I could barely scratch how much there was. 10/10 would come over again and again if I didn't live 25 minutes away“

You pick your main item (I chose a BBQ chicken sandwich), and 2 sides (many choices here from fries and hush puppies to chicken tenders and quesadillas). So you can get something to eat as another meal. You also get a drink, which was my whole reason for going to cookout. The shakes are amazing. 🌟 They are the kind you absolutely will not be able to just get through with a straw. A spoon is mandatory because the mix ins are the real deal. I had a peach 🍑 Cobbler shake and it was loaded with cakey cookie chunks and real chunks of peaches. So good. The sandwich and quesadilla we ok, but I'll be back for another option on the shake menu!“

“We grow up eating Long John Silvers, however they closed the ones close to us. We drove an hour to eat at this one in Winston Salem. Soon as we walked in, we were nicely greeted by Ashley. She was very friendly and made sure we had everything we ordered and needed. The food was so good and tasted just like I remembered. We had the Chicken Plank Meals , they were hot and fresh. “My 9 year old son had never been to Hardee's and wanted to try it so we went in to order food to go. Neither of us knew what they had so we were looking at the menu and the manager, Jessica, was so sweet and was telling my son about what they had and helped him make his mind up. She also gave him a milkshake! The food was ok but Jessica was fantastic! My kiddo raved about her to our family afterwards HAHA!“

Not only was the food fresh and delicious but the man at the first window had us smiling and laughing. I wish we remembered his name but he had cool chains on. Whoever trains their employees here knows what they're doing. A shorter, younger gentleman took the time to call about something from my order instead of waiting for me to get there. Publix can't even text their employees that!!

The background makes you feel like your actually at the Jersey Shore somewhere. All the staff here are local teenagers and they are all very friendly and efficient. They greet you as soon as you walk in and always ask if your a rewards member. They have a selection of 18 different subs. I have tried almost all and you really can’t go wrong with any choice. They all come on freshly baked bread that is soft and airy. You can get each sub the way you want. My all time favorite is the Chicken Bacon Ranch. It is flavorful and juicy, the combination of ingredients are perfect and every bite is a joy. They have ample comfortable seating inside. There are bottled drinks as well as a self serve fountain machine that has cream soda and root beer, which you don’t see in many places. They also have freshly brewed self serve sweet and unsweetened ice tea. Stop by and support local, you won’t be disappointed!“

“This location is a special place. My grandpa who had Alzheimer’s would frequent this location for breakfast. They would always treat him with lots of respect and fondness. After he passed the workers still recognized my grandmother and offered their condolences- it really made an impact to us for their compassion.

I came here to get food for my grandma today and asked for a change in how the mobile order was submitted. The worker who took my request was SO kind. Didn’t seem annoyed at all like so many drive thru workers do these days. The food was great but the service is what made my experience great. 10/10 to the workers here!“
