“Shout out to Rebecca this morning! I had to order 2 large boxes of coffee for a school function. I called the order in to Dunkin Donuts, arrived to pick up the coffee, and they forgot to tell me that they were out of big boxes so they did not prepare my order. All they could say was, "Sorry." I rushed over to Chick-Fil-A and they went right to work on the order. She apologized about how long it would take (12 minutes) to prepare fresh, hot coffee, and said, "Your morning is going to get better starting now!" The coffee was prepared quickly- along with all the condiments bagged up and I was out the door. I was late with the coffee but the teachers seemed excited to receive it and get their day started. Thanks, CFA, for saving the day!“

“Well I was out paying bills and I decided to stop in this establishment only for a hot coffee, i walked up to the counter and asked the female clerk i would like a senior coffee and the woman said you must order first, I said are you joking she looked and said no sir its our policy,I had money on me and I was disappointed but not shocked, so I said to the female clerk no problem I will gladly go to another restaurant to get coffee, no anger, no cursing, no name calling I just walked out, and Almighty God is my witness to this interchange with the female cashier. So I will never walk in another chick fil-A restaurant again. But I still saw how clean the facilities were, that was my very 3rd times every visiting this establishment, I will still give them a great rating simply because they are much younger cashiers and many aren't taught about old school ethics, standards, morality, even though I understand the establishment is supposed to be Christian base establishment. So I am not angry or offended just disappointed peace and Almighty God bless you all. ❤️ human resources classes might be a good thing to offer employees. And I was expecting to pay for my coffee gladly, a Vietnam vet who defended this country and this is the truth.“

“I go there for the salads. They are fresh and they offer a wide variety of salad dressings. My grandson gets the grilled chicken meal with lettuce and tomato. Always fresh. I super size it for him. The waffle fries are good, fresh, and crisp. My other grandson gets the breaded chicken sandwich meal. Which I super size as well. So they have plenty of waffle fries. The service is always good. From the cashiers who take my order to the ones who work in the dining room to get you drink refills. That is a big help if you are with children or have problems walking like I do.“

“The wings fried to perfection but I didnt like the seasoning/sauce on the hot honey garlic i believe they use a garlic pepper salt and I was expecting a real garlic flavor they tasted more like hot lemon pepper. The fish sub was perfect fried and seasoned perfectly with the right amount of crunch! Im coming back for that fish sandwich and wings just in a different flavor.“

“The tray meal options are like a build your own meal. You pick your main item (I chose a BBQ chicken sandwich), and 2 sides (many choices here from fries and hush puppies to chicken tenders and quesadillas). So you can get something to eat as another meal. You also get a drink, which was my whole reason for going to cookout. The shakes are amazing. 🌟 They are the kind you absolutely will not be able to just get through with a straw. A spoon is mandatory because the mix ins are the real deal. I had a peach 🍑 Cobbler shake and it was loaded with cakey cookie chunks and real chunks of peaches. So good. The sandwich and quesadilla we ok, but I'll be back for another option on the shake menu!“

“I love how friendly the staff are at all Chick -fil-A restaurants I have visited and they don't mind giving extra condiments for any of there meals. I was surprised when I didn't have to pay extra for my extra condiments I ordered. Thank you for including God in your atmosphere.“

Neither of us knew what they had so we were looking at the menu and the manager, Jessica, was so sweet and was telling my son about what they had and helped him make his mind up. She also gave him a milkshake! The food was ok but Jessica was fantastic! My kiddo raved about her to our family afterwards HAHA!“

Tylisha was the employee who made my sandwich and I just had to go offer my compliments to her. I told her she needed to go to the Hans Mall Jimmy Johns location and teach them how to make a sandwich. Next time I dine at Jimmy John's I hope and pray Tylisha is working.“

“The chicken bacon ranch wrap from this location was absolutely delicious. they were very busy when we arrived and apparently they were having issues with the check-in process for online orders which of course is how I ordered ours so when they said it was going to be ready in 9 minutes it actually took half an hour and calling to say we were parked out there and still waiting for them to get it out to us. it also took an additional 10 minutes from us calling before my husband decided to go inside and somebody was coming out to the car as he approached the door.“

“I've ordered food from here several times now. I had only tried sandwiches until last night. Last night I got the Powerhouse Salad and its my new food obsession. One of the best salads I've ever eaten. By far the best in a long time! Sandwiches I've really enjoyed are the Smokestack and Italian. I didn't realize how close they are to my job until last night. “The food was hot and fresh and service was good. The restaurant was a little messier than I think it should've been, and they have a problem with vagrants and dealers. As I ate I saw someone passed out under the tree in the parking lot and someone who made two weird sells of something out of a backpack in the parking lot. Made me get out of there fast. One lady who looked like she was completely out of her mind on something going all through the dining room talking to herself, then she went outside and bought something from the girl with the backpack and left.“

Whoever trains their employees here knows what they're doing. A shorter, younger gentleman took the time to call about something from my order instead of waiting for me to get there. Publix can't even text their employees that!!

“This location is a special place. My grandpa who had Alzheimer’s would frequent this location for breakfast. They would always treat him with lots of respect and fondness. After he passed the workers still recognized my grandmother and offered their condolences- it really made an impact to us for their compassion.

I came here to get food for my grandma today and asked for a change in how the mobile order was submitted. The worker who took my request was SO kind. Didn’t seem annoyed at all like so many drive thru workers do these days. The food was great but the service is what made my experience great. 10/10 to the workers here!“
