“I took my mother and two daughters to eat here today for dinner (04 Aug ‘25) and we had an amazing experience. The staff were so attentive towards us and were so friendly and knowledgeable on the cuisine; we had great conversation with them. I especially loved how they encouraged me to try everything and brought me what I needed to pair it all with. I can’t elaborate more on how amazing everything was, but I encourage everyone else to come in and see for yourself.“

“This was my first visit to Milner's for several years. My friend and l had the shrimp and fried green tomatoes appetizers to start. Then we each ordered the NC Trout meals and shared a piece of chocolate torte to finish. The food AND service were OUTSTANDING. I will definitely be going back soon!“

“Wifey and I ate here on Feb 18th and what a delicious meal. Wifey had the bourbon glazed salmon over a bed of rice with honey glazed carrots and asparagus. She loved every bite. I had the 14oz ribeye cooked medium. Cooked perfectly... I had the asparagus also with a side of Brussel sprouts. Everything was good. Will be wifey and I date night spot. Just wish we had room for dessert. Maybe next time. Thank you Kurt for taking care of us. We will be back soon.“

“By far the best local restaurant in Winston. The chicken n’ dumplings on Monday are by far the best in the state. The owner is super sweet and friendly also. Stop by give them a try you won’t regret it.“

“This restaurant is phenomenal. I have been here around 10 times now and have not been disappointed. The food is amazing, and the service is so fast it is almost unbelievable. It takes maybe 10-15 minutes for a takeout order on any day at any time and for dining in they always seem to have just enough space even when they are slammed. The onion soup is delicious and so is the hibachi steak. The serving of rice is kind of small but I have seriously never been disappointed by this place nor have I been left with an empty stomach. “First time eating at this Marcos location and it definitely won't be the last. Greeted right when we came thru the door. We wanted to try a few different items. We had the Pizzoli, wow so good. We got the cheese steak sub, cooked perfect. We took home an Ultimate Magnifico Pizza. The food was spot on. We didn't catch the gentleman's name who was putting everything together, but he has a beard. He was so down to earth and just amazing. We also met the General Manager Stephen, also a very amazing person. I would come back here just because of the service and the people working. They really made you feel at home. Thanks guys.“

“I tried the chicken noodle soup to go today to go with left over pizza I had at home, I had had the chicken pot pie soup several times, Its undusual and great with the pastry set on top. But the Chicken Noodle today was over the top.--Lots of Chicken and rich darker broth--not clear. great vegetables and noodles--another reason to say bye bye to Pannerra. Al this served fast and cheefully. and at reasonable priceses.“

“Yes, Chick-fil-A has changed, or shall I say their hiring process has changed. My granddaughter put in an application for a cashier's position, during an interview-for- hire event, but was told she was told " they would call her to let her know whether she had gotten the position or not." She was not one of the chosen! You may see 1 or 2 blacks working; and I have yet to see a black operator here in Winston Salem, NC. I also, submitted an application for a kitchen manager position, but received a message via Indeed, "I was not one of the chosen! I have worked for Chick-fil-A for ten years, and have an associate's degree. Where is the diversity, Chick-fil-A? I had the honor of meeting Mr. Truett Cathy before his passing, and he personally thanked each and every employee in the store for our hard work and commitment. His representation and admiration for what matters (equal employment) sticks with me to this day. Moreover, I would rather spend my money where I,we, us, can have equal employment opportunities.“

“Food was good - kudos for making my burger medium - most restaurants cook them past well done, so much appreciated. Gluten Free option good for my wife.

The not so good - bathroom out of order. One soda machine out of order. Customers clean their own table prior to eating - it was busy and cleanliness was clearly not the priority. Hot chips cannot be a side, have to order separate as an appetizer???? Not aware of any restaurant anywhere else that does this - scratching my head.

I think most people would be satisfied with the food/service, so would not discourage someone from eating there. It's their restaurant and it's obviously successful, they can make all the weird rules they want, just too many quirks/extras for us to make it a regular place. Again, the food is good but definitely advise avoiding busy times if you are a neat freak.“

“I took my son here for his birthday on a Thursday. We were the only ones there which was fine, the staff was very nice and our waitress was very attentive. The food was great! I had the shrimp and grits and it was sooo good! My son had the chicken and waffles, mac n cheese, and yams. He loved it all and they gave plenty of food. We will definitely be back and I would recommend everyone go try it!“

“My wife and I decided to stop in for our weekly Friday lunch date. We walked in and it was very busy! Customers wait in line to place their orders at the counter. It took just a few minutes which allowed us to look at their menu. My wife decided on the Thai Crunch salad (shredded lettuce, red cabbage, broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, cranberries, pecans, crunchy chow mein noodles and grilled chicken served with oriental dressing and in a fried flour tortilla bowl. She ordered it without mandarin oranges. I chose the Cham sandwich (chicken breast deep fried, ham, provolone cheese served on a hamburger bun with lettuce, tomato and mayo. I ordered mine without the tomato and mayo with a cup of Italian vegetable soup. We then took a seat. The orders are then called by order number, ours took about 10-15 minutes. Everything looked yummy. My wife quickly decided she really liked the salad and said she would definetely order it again. I also thought the soup was yummy but felt the Cham sandwich was just okay. They also have a counter on the far end of the restaurant specifically for their homemade ice cream. We were far too full to try it but will stop in the future! Overall, this was a positive experience and we will be back!“

“Well I was out paying bills and I decided to stop in this establishment only for a hot coffee, i walked up to the counter and asked the female clerk i would like a senior coffee and the woman said you must order first, I said are you joking she looked and said no sir its our policy,I had money on me and I was disappointed but not shocked, so I said to the female clerk no problem I will gladly go to another restaurant to get coffee, no anger, no cursing, no name calling I just walked out, and Almighty God is my witness to this interchange with the female cashier. So I will never walk in another chick fil-A restaurant again. But I still saw how clean the facilities were, that was my very 3rd times every visiting this establishment, I will still give them a great rating simply because they are much younger cashiers and many aren't taught about old school ethics, standards, morality, even though I understand the establishment is supposed to be Christian base establishment. So I am not angry or offended just disappointed peace and Almighty God bless you all. ❤️ human resources classes might be a good thing to offer employees. And I was expecting to pay for my coffee gladly, a Vietnam vet who defended this country and this is the truth.“

“I love the chick-fil-a sandwich, it's all good, and reasonably priced. I love the people that work for chick-fil-a, not sure where they find all the best people to work there, but what ever they are doing, it's working. Definitely recommend making a visit.“

“Shout out to Rebecca this morning! I had to order 2 large boxes of coffee for a school function. I called the order in to Dunkin Donuts, arrived to pick up the coffee, and they forgot to tell me that they were out of big boxes so they did not prepare my order. All they could say was, "Sorry." I rushed over to Chick-Fil-A and they went right to work on the order. She apologized about how long it would take (12 minutes) to prepare fresh, hot coffee, and said, "Your morning is going to get better starting now!" The coffee was prepared quickly- along with all the condiments bagged up and I was out the door. I was late with the coffee but the teachers seemed excited to receive it and get their day started. “I love how friendly the staff are at all Chick -fil-A restaurants I have visited and they don't mind giving extra condiments for any of there meals. I was surprised when I didn't have to pay extra for my extra condiments I ordered. Thank you for including God in your atmosphere.“

“I am a loyal Olive Garden customer. There’s no need to ask where I want to eat because the answer is always Olive Garden lol but I must say this last visit was by far my BEST visit. The food was amazing but the service by far stole the show. Our server Donvelle was the best server I have ever had at ANY restaurant. She was attentive and made sure every aspect of our dining experience was covered the moment we sat down to the moment we walked out. She’s AMAZING! I truly hope she plans to stay with the Olive Garden family and perhaps even has the opportunity to pursue management as she is PHENOMENAL!!“

“I didn't like the Zaxby salad that I got. The chicken eas on top with coleslaw slaw then lettuce on bottom. However, they loaded the salad with thick teriyaki sauce. It made everything talk yuck. Won't get it again.
However, my grandson got chicken wings and tenders with fries. I tasted the fries and they were really good as well as a generous amount. He said the chicken was delicious. So I will try it next time.“

“Food was good as always, but if you order using the app, you might want to wait a while before doing so again depending on what you typically order. If you order a sandwich meal on the app, it will list two different buns for your sandwich. You can unselect one, but it won't let you select the other one. So, when your order arrives at the restaurant, it looks like that you want your sandwich with NO BUN. The Thru-Way location has submitted a ticket to Chick-fil-A's IT Department, so hopefully this bug will be fixed soon. I do however appreciate the Thru-Way management team for acknowledging and taking action on this as quickly as they did.“
