“I got the Cheesy Beaut and fries with Bossy Sauce via DoorDash tonight - I’m in love. The chicken? Delicious. Well seasoned. The house made pickles on the sandwich? Delicious. I’ll probably stop by to buy some at some point. The fries? Delicious and crispy. The Bossy Sauce? Well I didn’t know it had red pepper flakes in it since there was no description of the flavor or anything and I don’t do well with spicy stuff generally BUT I pushed through it anyway because the sauce was that good. This was my first time ordering from them but I’ll be recommending them to everyone.“

“Shout out to Rebecca this morning! I had to order 2 large boxes of coffee for a school function. I called the order in to Dunkin Donuts, arrived to pick up the coffee, and they forgot to tell me that they were out of big boxes so they did not prepare my order. All they could say was, "Sorry." I rushed over to Chick-Fil-A and they went right to work on the order. She apologized about how long it would take (12 minutes) to prepare fresh, hot coffee, and said, "Your morning is going to get better starting now!" The coffee was prepared quickly- along with all the condiments bagged up and I was out the door. I was late with the coffee but the teachers seemed excited to receive it and get their day started. Thanks, CFA, for saving the day!“

“Well I was out paying bills and I decided to stop in this establishment only for a hot coffee, i walked up to the counter and asked the female clerk i would like a senior coffee and the woman said you must order first, I said are you joking she looked and said no sir its our policy,I had money on me and I was disappointed but not shocked, so I said to the female clerk no problem I will gladly go to another restaurant to get coffee, no anger, no cursing, no name calling I just walked out, and Almighty God is my witness to this interchange with the female cashier. So I will never walk in another chick fil-A restaurant again. But I still saw how clean the facilities were, that was my very 3rd times every visiting this establishment, I will still give them a great rating simply because they are much younger cashiers and many aren't taught about old school ethics, standards, morality, even though I understand the establishment is supposed to be Christian base establishment. So I am not angry or offended just disappointed peace and Almighty God bless you all. ❤️ human resources classes might be a good thing to offer employees. And I was expecting to pay for my coffee gladly, a Vietnam vet who defended this country and this is the truth.“

“I go there for the salads. They are fresh and they offer a wide variety of salad dressings. My grandson gets the grilled chicken meal with lettuce and tomato. Always fresh. I super size it for him. The waffle fries are good, fresh, and crisp. My other grandson gets the breaded chicken sandwich meal. Which I super size as well. So they have plenty of waffle fries. The service is always good. From the cashiers who take my order to the ones who work in the dining room to get you drink refills. That is a big help if you are with children or have problems walking like I do.“

“I did a catering order from the Loew's Chicken Kitchen on Reynolds Road in Winston Salem on 10/17/2020 for chicken, collard greens and cornbread and jalapeno cornbread, let me just say it was a huge hit for my party every single thing was prepared fresh the chicken was hot upon my arrival. I started the initial order with Camille who made sure she answered everyone of questions if I didn't ask she told me, the prices was great and although Camille was off today her team did an EXCELLENT JOB. “The chicken bacon ranch wrap from this location was absolutely delicious. they were very busy when we arrived and apparently they were having issues with the check-in process for online orders which of course is how I ordered ours so when they said it was going to be ready in 9 minutes it actually took half an hour and calling to say we were parked out there and still waiting for them to get it out to us. it also took an additional 10 minutes from us calling before my husband decided to go inside and somebody was coming out to the car as he approached the door.“

“Checked out Church's Texas Chicken and had a good experience. The chicken was crispy, juicy, and served hot, making for a satisfying comfort-food meal.
