The service was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and ingredients. We even brought our little one she is two and quite a picky eater and cleared her plate. “Had the waiter from hell! 6/10 about 7:30/8pm. had the nerve to ask if I had ever eaten out before young curly haired guy with a diva attitude. The waiter mentioned he was having a bad day after the "Shelby came out of me"...I guess a bad day was what he was serving as well even if we just wanted shrimp tacos....I didn't get the tacos...I just got a bad day...then went to Burger King 👑 had it my way. I'll cook my own tacos tomorrow! Don't eat at Mi Pueblo on Stratford road. We couldn't even complain because the manager had to get translation from Lucifer....our waiter.... eat popcorn PBJ sandwich even if you're allergic to PBJ just don't go there.“

“My wife and I took our son and his family out for a nice dinner at another fine local restaurant for his birthday. When we finished our meal we asked our son and his wife about dessert and they both said they wanted Peanut Butter Pie from Village Tavern. My wife and I were in the mood for cheesecake so ordered the Double Layer cheesecake. We called in our dessert order, I picked it up, and we went to our son’s house to relax and enjoy our desserts. We were not dissatisfied! The desserts were delicious and the portions were huge.“

“I stopped in to pick up a Baja Turkey Burger for my Mom. She Loves their Turkey Burgers. Her appetite is poor, since, her Stage 4 Cancer could, no, longer be treated. The treatment caused adverse, effects. My Daughters paid her a visit, during, Christmas of 22 and discovered it on the menu. They purchased it. My Mom Loved it and has desired another, since. Today is a great day for her! Thanks for offering and preparing fresh, farm to table options.“

“I've had occasion to eat at Johnny B's since it first opened. All in all it's a great restaurant, the seating is comfortable, the staff is pleasant and efficient, the food is great, and it's very clean. My only negative comments would concern the volume of the music in the background. When you go in for breakfast, or any time really, you don't need the music turned up as loud as it always is. My other negative comment concerns the fact that they are out of tea bags for hot tea quite often. If tea bags don't come when ordered there is a Food Lion right across the parking lot where a box could be purchased. These are minor items overall, and they won't stop us from dining there, but it would be nice to have these issues addressed.“

I will Definitely be returning. This is also one of the longest running thai restaurants in Winston-Salem, NC I came to their original grand opening back in 2003. A +++++“

“I have always loved Grandma Ruby's but now that my homegirl Jana is there, it's always better, you got to go see her because she just makes the place so much better. it was great before. it's just so much better now. not to mention they have amazing food, they always have. it's just a good little country cookin' spot right there on University. if you've never had it, you have to go try it. you will not regret it.“

“After seeing the mentions for this little Mexican Spot, I had to try it for myself! The place is pretty clean. The young lady that took my order was very kind & polite. I ordered the beef Birria Tacos & a side of rice & beans! The tacos were cooked to perfection & had lots of meat! The beef was so tender & flavorful! The hot & green sauce were also a hit, but the birria dip was the most flavorful out of any place I’ve tried thus far…most places are pretty watered down but this one was pretty bold! The rice and beans were also good and tasty! You get 4 tacos for $11 so it was definitely worth it! They only take 10-15 minutes to make your order and you’re out the door! They also serve a large variety of imported Mexican beverages and jarred veggies! Go!! You won’t be disappointed! 😊“

“Olive Tree is my go to place for Greek food. I love their gyros and their fried zucchini with ranch is a MUST! I have been going here for years and it is always consistently delicious. You can get take out or dine in, there are always a few people there but you can find a table. The serves is quick so it makes for a great lunch place.“

“I usually don’t have nothing negative to say about this place- cause the majority of the time when we go to eat here the food is pretty good, and the staff is nice. But today I got a to-go order of a fried chicken salad- with ranch! And I requested extra chicken (I even said I will pay the extra) and of course I get home- my salad box had very little lettuce 🥬 in it- and the lettuce that was in it, was very faint & just not fresh like the other times I’ve gotten this exact salad. Wasn’t crisp- and barely had any “salad” in the to-go container. I think for the price - it should have been at least a little more decently made- and I could have got my extra chicken I requested! 😒“
