Really enjoyed our last minute lunch. We weren’t able to make a reservation, but the hostess graciously offered to see us at the bar. And that time another table became available and she sat there instead. My friend and I had a delicious meal of the southern eggrolls… I would say they don’t look as good as they taste, but they were delicious. We were in Winston Salem for the conclusion of a six-city college tour with our daughter. This restaurant was the highlight. The tomato pie and fried chicken were perfect. The wine list was excellent. Our server was Alex and his recommendations and service were spot-on. If we are ever in Winston Salem again, this will be our spot. Highly recommend!

All four of our entrees - shrimp & grits (one of the best I've had), tomato pie, hamburger, pork roast - were delicious and filling. The service was outstanding, and the hostess was a pleasure to deal with. Dairy products are from the renowned Homeland Creamery. Highly recommended.
