The service was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and ingredients. We even brought our little one she is two and quite a picky eater and cleared her plate. I would think the host who seats customers would want to start the interaction on a good note. She consistently has a bad attitude and I looks bothered by customers. This trip she didn’t say two words to us while seating or greeting us. I noticed she did the same with most guests.“

“Love the food. Always good. People are very kind. My chief complaint is I do take out a lot here and they always ask when I pick up about leaving a tip. Okay, yes I will, etc. I always do. The issue I have is when I get home, I am always missing something. One time, no hot chips, next time no dressing, then no bread with dinner meal a few times and today, no drink which came with the meal. Yeah, I got the drop a tip stuff, but drop what I paid for in the bag please.“

The treatment caused adverse, effects. My Daughters paid her a visit, during, Christmas of 22 and discovered it on the menu. They purchased it. My Mom Loved it and has desired another, since. “My wife and I took our son and his family out for a nice dinner at another fine local restaurant for his birthday. When we finished our meal we asked our son and his wife about dessert and they both said they wanted Peanut Butter Pie from Village Tavern. My wife and I were in the mood for cheesecake so ordered the Double Layer cheesecake. We called in our dessert order, I picked it up, and we went to our son’s house to relax and enjoy our desserts. We were not dissatisfied! The desserts were delicious and the portions were huge.“

“I've had occasion to eat at Johnny B's since it first opened. All in all it's a great restaurant, the seating is comfortable, the staff is pleasant and efficient, the food is great, and it's very clean. My only negative comments would concern the volume of the music in the background. When you go in for breakfast, or any time really, you don't need the music turned up as loud as it always is. My other negative comment concerns the fact that they are out of tea bags for hot tea quite often. If tea bags don't come when ordered there is a Food Lion right across the parking lot where a box could be purchased. These are minor items overall, and they won't stop us from dining there, but it would be nice to have these issues addressed.“
