“So glad we found this hidden gem in Lewisville. Micro distilleries can be hit or miss but Everything here was phenomenal. The 4yr ONW bourbon was way better than Buffalo Trace and might even give Blanton's a run for it's money. It was super smooth and left no throat burn. The Rye was amazing as well. The vodka is truly flavorless (sign of a good vodka) and would make any martini or tonic shine. You can tell that they take care with their 200 plus year old recipe and hold to the traditions that Nick Williams used when he started this distillery back in the 1700s. The great news is that in North Carolina you can now buy unlimited amounts of liquor from distilleries so we will definitely be back to this place to buy more bourbon and vodka.”

“I've not been to the tasting room in WS but very much enjoyed the Lewisville location a bit west. Happened to be there one day in the fall when a chili cookoff was taking place, which provided a very tasty snack. The outdoor space had ample heaters and the interior was cozy with both bar seating and table seating. Mix in a food truck and it made for a great casual date night!Look forward to going back during the summer for more outdoor seating time.”

“First time there. Service was excellent. Great place to bring the kids. There is a play set and a few games to play with. We sat outside and were able to relax while the kids played and ran up and down the hill. We had a very enjoyable afternoon at West Bend. Looking forward to going back.”

“I was pleasantly surprised when I ate lunch here today! I was expecting the typical American grill but what I got was much more. Nicole was a breath of fresh air at the counter to take my order. She greeted me with a smile and helped me decide what to get. In addition to the American burger scene, they have legit Greek food! I savored the chicken souvlaki with fresh made chips and quality brewed sweet tea! I’m coming back and bringing my wife. Highly recommended!”

“Being from Wisconsin, and down in the area for work, I found this place for a good local place to grab a late lunch. Definitely awesome! I got the Chopped Chicken sandwich with BBQ slaw and a side of onion rings. “EVERYTIME I go to THIS subway at nighttime, and two specific employees are there I always come out with perfect sandwiches and a smile. I don’t know their names but one is shorter and tan and the other is tall with shaggy hair. These boys deserve a raise for their attention to detail, their patience and always greeting us as we walk in the door even if they’re busy doing something, they go out of their way and beyond expectations. “Excellent Italian food, way better than what one would normally expect from one located in a strip mall, so don't let appearances fool you. The Italian food was something I'd expect from a high class Italian dining establishment, but casual enough I could take my family (kids) there to enjoy the basic spaghetti and pizza (which is also excellent).Parking: Shares parking with a shopping center, so plenty of parking is available.Kid-friendliness: Perfectly fine for kids and family.”

“J butler’s is quite bar and grill that she can have a few beers. A few laughs and make new friends. If you ever watched the TV show Cheers, it reminds me a lot of that atmosphere.”

“Our team of 9 had such a great time making our own pizzas for our staff appreciation / team building day! With the quality ingredients they provided, there was no way any of our pizzas weren’t going to be tasty! I also loved that it only took 1-2 minutes to cook the pizzas in their ovens, which meant we all ate our pizzas around the same time. Juan was a wonderful guide and super helpful getting what we needed. Less than $30 per person for the pizza making experience and drinks included. We would definitely come back again!”

“Continuing our tour of coffee shops in the area we decided to check out The Dapper Bean last Sunday morning. Their typical spot is in the same location as Twin City Sweets but we learned after our visit they post their weekly schedule on both Instagram and Facebook weekly which is helpful. We arrived about 11am and there was a small line of customers. The coffee trailer itself is very nice and decorated cute. We knew from a bit of research the couple preparing the coffees are a husband and wife duo which is pretty cool. We were immediately greeted and she was able to tell this was our first time ordering there and walked us through their sugar free latte options which we appreciated. We ultimately both decided to try the sugar free S'mores latte, both in the 20 oz size. Our orders were prepared in a few minutes and since we had asked for them to be prepared extra sweet she wanted to be sure they were sweet enough for us. The lattes were hot and delicious and really hit the spot. We thought their prices were reasonable and we will be back. Great local business that we are happy to support!”

“Everything was fantastic until I had to pay gave my Credit card the manger ran it back to back to back until it wouldn't do anything then took my bank card ran it took the payment but I received several emails instantly about my CC the manger screwed it up so bad I had to call the company so if you have this problem please take control and tell them give it time to accept the payment not keep running the card I had plenty of credit on that card but also had to let the card company know my bank paid for it because they were still trying to take that money as well otherwise everything was fantasticParking: No problem at allWheelchair accessibility: Yes they have a good one”

“This is such a cute place for meeting up or finding inspiration to get work done. It has lots of outdoor seating as well. It is decorated beautifully and displays a warm and inviting environment. The coffee is superb!! I ordered their dark roast, and it was oh-so fresh!! On my first visit there, I was instantly greeted with a smile and a "hello" by the barista. As I met with a friend to find a seat, I was even more delighted and surprised when the barista came over to deliver my fresh cup of coffee! A truly unique coffee experience, I can't recommend Be Kind Coffee Co enough. Their mission to spread more happiness is evident as soon as you walk in the door.”

“On 3/6/24 I ordered a pound cake for my sister. The young woman who took my order was very nice and asked all the right questions. My sister likes her cake a little crispy around the edges, so she made sure to double check with the bakers to get that approved. When I arrived on 3/8/24 to pick it up it had icing/glaze on top. I told the young woman at the counter I specified no toppings when I placed the order. She apologized and said they could have another cake ready in 24 hours. The next day (3/9/24) when I went back to pick up the new cake it looked perfect! As soon as I got home we all dug in, which is why I unfortunately do not have any photos. My sister raved about it. She said it had the prefect crunch. Not only was the pound cake exceptional, but the service was too. The staff really went above and beyond by making a replacement cake with a 24 turnaround. 10/10 recommend this bakery!!”

Great food and will definitely be back our server was very attentive and kept our drinks full! I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap with fries and an extra side of mac & cheese.”
