normally I would you to live the place great food but evedently they are now ignoring customers, came in 4 people in, 4 waitress and the cook after 8 min had to take our order, the blonde waitresses was rude disrespectful, the cook who took our order was very respectful apologetic and very friendly, not sure if bad day or bad employee
I have always loved Grandma Ruby's but now that my homegirl Jana is there, it's always better, you got to go see her because she just makes the place so much better. it was great before. it's just so much better now. not to mention they have amazing food, they always have. it's just a good little country cookin' spot right there on University. if you've never had it, you have to go try it. you will not regret it.
