I wanted to get dessert because it looks really good but it was way too expensive!
If they could bring the dessert prices down this place would be #perfect

“This place is a gem when looking for gluten free and vegan options. We got the crunch wrap, chili fries, cheesecake and cookies and they were gluten free. Everything tasted delicious. All the flavors were well balanced and tasty. We really appreciated how everything was homemade. They also had some specials like Indian style stew which we got to try…. It was wonderful and we would definitely order plus the crunch wraps.

The atmosphere wasn’t anything to write home about and parking was a little tough but I think that is to be expected in the city.

“Mannn I love this place. Heff’s always has such a fun menu, the owners / workers are always kind and helpful. I can tell they put a lot of effort and care into the food and environment. Their decor is super unique and weird. I even saw them feed an unhoused person who was hungry, it seemed like they knew him. This place is clearly part of the community and is way above your average burger shop or chain restaurant. I also love getting the veggie burgers from them since I don’t eat red meat, and it still is so delicious and flavorful.“

“What happened to the flounder? We have ordered twice previously & were pleased with the flounder/shrimp platter. Something has happened. The size of a piece of flounder was 2 oz & looked like it had starved to death. Very disappointed.“

I was really happy with large selection of ready to cook meals from breakfast to dinner along with snacks and deserts… ingredients clearly listed and helpful spot lights on dairy & wheat. The store is very clean and well organized, you can get a smoothie or prepared food outside of the cases. The staff was friendly and really took time to answer our questions. They have several different plans to help keep you in track and a weekly menu so you can let them take care of breakfast / lunch or dinner for the week! These meals really save me when we travel, they are a perfect size so you don’t over eat and truly affordable & healthy compared to dinner out. I’m a fan“

“My wife and I decided to stop in for our weekly Friday lunch date. We walked in and it was very busy! Customers wait in line to place their orders at the counter. It took just a few minutes which allowed us to look at their menu. My wife decided on the Thai Crunch salad (shredded lettuce, red cabbage, broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, cranberries, pecans, crunchy chow mein noodles and grilled chicken served with oriental dressing and in a fried flour tortilla bowl. She ordered it without mandarin oranges. I chose the Cham sandwich (chicken breast deep fried, ham, provolone cheese served on a hamburger bun with lettuce, tomato and mayo. I ordered mine without the tomato and mayo with a cup of Italian vegetable soup. We then took a seat. The orders are then called by order number, ours took about 10-15 minutes. Everything looked yummy. My wife quickly decided she really liked the salad and said she would definetely order it again. I also thought the soup was yummy but felt the Cham sandwich was just okay. They also have a counter on the far end of the restaurant specifically for their homemade ice cream. We were far too full to try it but will stop in the future! Overall, this was a positive experience and we will be back!“

“My family and I stopped in during the worst weather conditions and were greeted by the manager on duty who was alone only accompanied by the chef on duty due to call outs from the snow storm. Neither of us knew what they had so we were looking at the menu and the manager, Jessica, was so sweet and was telling my son about what they had and helped him make his mind up. She also gave him a milkshake! The food was ok but Jessica was fantastic! My kiddo raved about her to our family afterwards HAHA!“

You pick your main item (I chose a BBQ chicken sandwich), and 2 sides (many choices here from fries and hush puppies to chicken tenders and quesadillas). So you can get something to eat as another meal. You also get a drink, which was my whole reason for going to cookout. The shakes are amazing. 🌟 They are the kind you absolutely will not be able to just get through with a straw. A spoon is mandatory because the mix ins are the real deal. I had a peach 🍑 Cobbler shake and it was loaded with cakey cookie chunks and real chunks of peaches. So good. The sandwich and quesadilla we ok, but I'll be back for another option on the shake menu!“

“This location is a special place. My grandpa who had Alzheimer’s would frequent this location for breakfast. They would always treat him with lots of respect and fondness. After he passed the workers still recognized my grandmother and offered their condolences- it really made an impact to us for their compassion.

I came here to get food for my grandma today and asked for a change in how the mobile order was submitted. The worker who took my request was SO kind. Didn’t seem annoyed at all like so many drive thru workers do these days. The food was great but the service is what made my experience great. 10/10 to the workers here!“
