Went to InDemand for St Patrick’s Day! I had a delicious blackberry mojito (they have rotating drink specials) that was only $5! April recommended their handmade, cooked-to-order Mac n Cheese bites. I was a little skeptical but they were amazing. Fried to perfection and served with a hot-mayo based sauce that fit perfectly. Wow! Excellent drink to start off—Cucumber sour was tasty and not too sweet. Mac and cheese balls were to tier! Very generous portion of Pad Thai. To top it off, had friendly and attentive service from April who made sure the experience was great.Also one of the only places that stays open later on the weekends (2a currently). Definitely worth checking out for food and/drinks!
