“Was working around the area and decided to try this spot out. It’s a mix of Salvadoran and Mexican food. The tacos were delicious specially the tacos de alambre. I also tried the asada quesadilla. The tortilla was hand made and warm super delicious 10/10. I will definitely be coming back to try their food again.“

“Me and my boyfriend actually just left from here, and it was fantastic! The food was absolutely perfect and cooked amazingly, it came out surprisingly quickly, considering my boyfriend got ribs, it was very affordable ($25 bucks for two is GREAT especially in this economic climate lol), and we had a very sweet and knowledgeable server, her name was Heather. She was always checking in on us, filling up our drinks before we even knew they were empty, and just generally being a fantastic server. We are definitely coming back!“

“Don’t let the outside scare you! This is a decent authentic Mexican restaurant. We only had American style tacos asada and gorditas asada so I don’t feel like I can completely rate their food but what we had was good. My daughter loved the tacos. My gordita was good, not the best I’ve ever had but still good. “This is my favorite place to get fajitas! They are very generous with their portions and the food is delicious. Most places that serve Texas fajitas only give you 4-5 shrimp. Every time I order Texas fajitas here I receive 10+ shrimp which I absolutely love!“

“The restaurant is really clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. The employees are polite and respectful. Best of all the food is great. I suggest the filet mignon and shrimp plate with vegetables. They have a great variety of Chinese and Japanese food. Service is quick as well.“

“The food here is so good. Too bad the lines are so long. Maybe they should take a play from the chicken place that has the people standing outside to move everyone through the line faster. Plus, if you go inside the workers inside are just milling around. Those are the ones that could be standing outside taking orders“

“After competing in a race at a nearby track we were trying to find a place to eat dinner that could accommodate our group as well as our race car hauler. Skippers has an enormous parking area and the staff were not at all intimidated by our large group. There was 11 of us and they walked us right in and to a table. The service was very attentive and friendly. Now for the food...we had onion rings, mozzarella sticks and hush puppies to start. All were very good and I have to say the hush puppies were some of the best anywhere. Moist and sweet and literally never-ending. When our entrees came out we were all blown away by the amount of food on each plate. Any one of them could have easily fed two people, and the food was fantastic. Being from a coastal city in VA I was impressed both by the quality as well as the quantity of food. Felt like a meal at grandma's house on the weekends from childhood. When we come back to race and other teams ask where's the best place to eat I will recommend Skippers!!!Parking: My race rig is 80ft long and pivots in the middle so turning is horrible, the parking lot is huge. Easy to get in and out in anything, from tractor trailers to RV's“

“Coming from where there was Chinese food everywhere so it had to be good to Thomasville, where there are only a few, it can be hard to find good Chinese food. This place has made the food more local (American), but in terms of the restaurants in the area, it is really good.“
